3 Bedroom 2 Bath Cabin nestled in the woods minutes from Mark Twain Lake.

Full accommodations with large kitchen, family room, laundry room, huge deck and outdoor fire pit (FREE wood supplied). Kitchen has all the amenities - crock pot, pots/pans, utensils, air fryer and gas BBQ items. Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Paths through the woods for private hiking and bird watching. Outdoor games including corn hole and washers. Dish Network TV in living room. Board games and playing cards for night games or rainy days. Can accommodate 8 adults with pull out couch and has 2 roll out beds to sleep up to 2 extra children. It is nestled at the end of the street and has electric outside to charge boat batteries over night. Located on the Northside of Mark Twain Lake, but less than 15-30 minutes from any part of the lake by road. Great weekend getaway, fishing weekend, crafter retreat, family gatherings or a weekend long vacation at the lake.

Clean room Host Pet-friendly Family-friendlyThe kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor and indoor spaces. We spent time under the covered deck as well as by the fire pit. The seclusion is just what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home.

I wish we could give a 10 star review! This is our 4th stay at this pet friendly house! It’s is clean and well maintained. We come for time on the lake and love how close it is to the boat launch. The owner, Scott could not be any friendlier or accommodating. He goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and is very quick to respond to any requests or questions. We are getting ready to schedule several additional trips here for the 2026 boating season.

We had an amazing time! The property is exactly as shown. Actually the pictures may not do it justice. The location was perfect. It was a cozy and relaxing stay. We felt very at home. This house is great! We have stayed the last 4 years at least. The host is always great! The house has everything you need for the weekend. Its conveniently located between both marinas! I highly recommend this house. Have gotten some family to rent it on their yearly weekend trip as well!

Lovely location

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation where we were able to enjoy Mark Twain Lake. The goal was to relax and unplug with our four teenagers ranging 14 to 19 years of age. The cabin was exactly what we expected and fit each of us comfortably. Scott was quick to enhance our stay, and we loved John popping in to check on us. We'd love to come back again!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Trip for two

The cabin was amazing! It’s perfect for a getaway for two or a small family trip. There are plenty of amenities and fun things to do right inside the cabin, and it’s close to hiking trails, sightseeing spots, and beaches when you want to get out for an afternoon!

Cozy little place close to the lake

Location was good. Appreciated the fact it had 2 bathrooms. Fridge was dirty but overall it worked perfectly for our lake weekend!

Secluded slumber

This place is very quiet & we slept so well. Nice updated home. Big ceiling fans that this old lady appreciated. Extremely clean, except beneath living room chairs. Great internet connection. Neat porch sitting. This is a nice place for a family or our couple's getaway. We would rent again.

We had a great time. We hiked the nearby trails, and visited Hannibal. Also rented a pontoon for an outing on the lake

From booking, checking in to later check out time the whole family enjoyed this property all weekend! Plenty of room, yard, for pit, grill. Beautiful scenery and a short drive to the marina. Will definitely stay again!

Yearly stay

Scott's property is so good. This is our 4th year staying here. We have never had any trouble staying here. This house is perfect for our friend group. I would highly recommend staying here. Its only 20 mins from indian creek marina where we always rent a boat from. There is also a boat ramp 7 mins away if you bring your own boat as well. There is plenty of parking.
