Nice Property in Austin Close to Lake Austin

This was a nice property perfect for our family of 4. We chose this location, as it was close to Lake Austin Spa and the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Football weekend

Enjoyed our short two night stay. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Had all the cooking items we needed. Would stay there again.

Great place

We had a wonderful time at the Steiner Ranch. The house was amazing and we truly loved our time on the back porch. Paula was great to work with and was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Location

It is a very nice rental and it’s a great location by the river to walk or just relax. Paula is always so very helpful whenever you need anything or have questions.

Cozy cottage just steps from lake access and miles away from stress!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. Owner Paula truly did a wonderful job making renting her home easy and simple. The photos were accurate and the location was just right. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the home to its fullest. Thank you Paula!

Great stay

The house was accurately depicted. The location was great. Our dogs loved the adjacent park area and the boat dock was a short 5 minute walk. Paula was super accommodating. She extended our check out time which gave us an extra afternoon on the river. Thank you for your hospitality.

Property was excellent! clean in good shape. Stocked fully. Large kitchen and had everything. Very quiet neighborhood but we were there for Christmas and unsure about what it is like in the summer. Short walk to river. Clean water had boat ramp there at small park.

Austin Dream

This property was beautiful and amazing. Right near the water. Dog friendly. It suited our needs so well. It is need of a little love . . .light bulbs burnt out . . .kitchen is not well stocked . . . but we made it work. We also were traveling with a one year old and it was hard to find a safe space with stairs that were hard to "baby gate" off (our problem). The outdoor spaces were great for gathering with friends too. But - again - felt like it needed a little love and care to keep up with the weeds and outdoor furniture was wore.

Thanksgiving Break Getaway

We had a great time at the property. When we arrived, the front door lock had not been set, but the property manager was easily accessible and remedied the situation quickly. The floors in the house were not clean but again the property manager sent a crew over the next day. Overall we were very happy with the house. The location was great! We did lots of hiking!

Lively home

The house was perfect for us! We came for the F1 race and it was really convenient, an easy 40 min drive to the airport. The area is quiet as well. We would come back.

Great for friends or family

Very nice to stay at a property where every bedroom has its own bathroom. Our high schooler & college graduate appreciated that! It would have been nice to have a lake view, but since the weather wasn't great, we did not spend much time outside except for the mornings. It was a pleasant weekend retreat, and my favorite room isn't even shown in the pics--a little sitting area off of one of the downstairs bedrooms. Each room has a comfy chair to sit in, so there is plenty of space for both privacy and togetherness.

Great property and great location!

Property had a great layout and location. Went with a group of friends and it was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was perfect for jumping on the lake. Our pups loved the backyard too. There was plenty of room for them to run around inside and out! Would definitely stay here again. Very accommodating! Enjoyed our stay!

Walk to the Water

Great location in Steiner Ranch. Boat ramp is just behind the property and family was able to walk to the water each day. Easy access back into Austin or out to the hill country. Our only complaint was that we didn't discover the kayak in the shed until our last day (but that's on us for not reading the property's guide when we arrived)!
