Its exceptional location, both quiet and central, offers a splendid view of the village and the Aravis chain, ideal for a mountain holiday with family or friends.Outside, the large south facing terrace overlooks a large private garden, ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying the calm in the centre of the village. A private garage completes everything.Nearby, in the centre of the village and 300 m from Champ Giguet where the ski lessons start each morning. A shuttle to 150 m makes it easy to travel, while at 5 km, Lake des Confins, surrounded by peaks, is suitable for both summer walks and outdoor winter activities.
