Residence enjoying a privileged location, quiet, right in the center of the resort and 50 m from the start of the CRET DU MERLE chairlift. Shuttle stop at 80 m.
Accommodation: Located in a residence sought after for its quietness and location in the centre of the resort, the 2 star Aigles Penez** apartment, with a total area of 55 m2, comfortably accommodates up to six travellers thanks to its organization comprising a bedroom, a sleeping area and a mezzanine. It allows you to enjoy La Clusaz where everything is done on foot, whether it is to reach the ski slopes or the lively streets of the village. Outside, facing southwest, the balcony opens onto the resort, offering pleasant light from the stay. A covered parking space, ensures convenient parking in any season.Nearby, right in the centre of the village, 50 m from the slopes of Crêt du Merle and 350 m from Champ Giguet where the ski lessons start each morning. A shuttle to 80 m makes it easy to travel, while at 5 km, Lake des Confins, surrounded by peaks, is suitable for both summer walks and outdoor winter activities. Annecy Train Station, 35 km away, and Geneva International Airport, 67 km away, provide easy accessibility.In detail:The entrance, located on the 3rd floor, leads to an independent sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm) lit by a window facing the back of the residence, plus an independent toilet and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
