Kodiak Bear Cabin, hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB, is sure bring you memories to last a life time! Kodiak bear sits on one beautiful acre with plenty of 100' pine trees and a fire pit out under the open sky. Trust us...you haven't seen stars so brightly like at Kodiak Bear. We have 2 levels of porches...the main level, an upper private deck and the gazebo style hot tub.. PLUS we are pet friendly!!

Kodiak bear Cabin is a 1,600 sq foot two story cabin with 2 KING bedrooms with bathrooms and a loft sleeping 6. The downstairs bedroom is off the living room with one king bed, connected to the downstairs bathroom and has its own access to the deck. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, bathroom and access to the loft. To access the open loft you walk through bedroom two and are greeted with two twin beds that have open views of the living room.

Kodiak bear has a fully furnished kitchen, large dining table seating six, bar top seating 2 and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need! The living room has 3 luxury leather sofas with plenty of throw pillows and blankets to snuggle up after a long day of hiking.

There are over 25 different species of trees from large Oaks, Pines and Hickory trees to Dogwoods, and Elms are located on the property. We have a large wrap around decks on all three sides, a fire pit with plenty of seating to roast hot dogs and s'more and a gazebo style hot tub to give you extra privacy.

Kodiak Bear Cabin has a private circle drive giving you plenty of room to park 3 vehicles and room to tow a boat or ATV. We are located on a private dirt road off the main road- our road is quiet. Please NOTE: We do not control the weather, when it rains, the road does become muddy, and can become bumpy. This is nothing your car cannot handle, consider it an off road adventure ;) It's perfectly safe

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
