You are close to shops, restaurants and only 750 m from the entrance of the shipyard. Everything is within walking distance, even the beaches and Calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles.

The equipment has been designed to bring you maximum comfort: air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, wifi, ... all in a modern and chic atmosphere.



Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking space and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, washing machine capsules).



It is possible to quote regular linen replacements and intermediate cleaning for long-term rentals.



This 47 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a typical building located in the heart of the old town.

In autumn and winter, the vegetation gives way to the sea view.



A real effort has been made on the decoration to offer you a pleasant living environment. Both the living/dining room and the bedroom have large windows.

The equipment is not to be outdone with in particular the air conditioning in the two rooms of the apartment.

The living room with its fully equipped open kitchen is composed of a sitting area and a pleasant dining area at the window level.



The bedroom offers two beds 1 place of 90 x 200, shelving and wardrobe.

The bedding is new and comfortable. It is possible to group the beds into a double bed on request.

The shower room is equipped with a beautiful shower with an Italian tray.

The toilets are independent.



We can provide you with a highchair and a foldable cot free of charge on request.

Other remarks

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Animals are refused.

Arrival times: 16h-19h, departure time: 9h-10h. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly traversed along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the square Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.



You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanques of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also pick up your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...
