With its outdoor spaces, swimming pool, petanque court and jacuzzi, this house will offer you all the necessary comfort with high quality services to spend a great time with your family.
Description of the house:
On the first floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hob, thermomix, sodastream etc... as well as many utensils.

Behind the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as plenty of storage for your groceries.

You then have a large living room with sofa, smart television with netflix and a table for your family meals.

After the hallway, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room.
A second bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing room and a TV.
A large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

On the first floor, you will find:
A third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with
walk-in shower.
A workspace with a large desk and a printer. Board games and books are available.
The mezzanine can also be a great playroom for the children!

You have access to a very well maintained green garden with its beautiful terrace where you can share a warm meal with family or friends around the barbecue.

During your holiday, you will also have the opportunity to relax with the jacuzzi installed in the shelter in the veranda. We ask you to supervise your children at this level.

Your vehicles can be parked directly in the secure garden.

Your bikes and various equipment can be safely stored inside the property in the garage.

We accept pets (dogs and cats).
We ask you of course to be careful inside (do not make them climb on the beds and sofa), as well as to kindly pick up excrement in the garden. In case of non-compliance with these rules, a supplement will be applied.

Arles and its activities
The house will allow you to discover and visit this Roman city steeped in history evolving between tradition and modernity.
Arles hosts many festivities throughout the year Strange Christmases in December, the famous feria in April and September, the international photography meetings during the summer... not to mention the traditional Provençal events that punctuate the life of the Arlesians.
You will also have the chance to discover the brand new Luma Tower designed by Frank GEHRY.

The Camargue
It is appreciated for its climate, its calm, its wild beaches and the richness of its culture, fauna and flora.
From the village of Salin-de-Giraud only a few km away, you have access to many activities: unusual horseback riding, kitesurfing, safari in 4*4, canoeing, electric mountain biking, fishing, excursion with a naturalist guide, visit of the salt flats... and for the less sporty you can simply enjoy the sun and idleness on the beaches of Beauduc and Piémanson.
The village is also renowned for its history and its way of life. Salt and organic rice are produced, and bulls and horses of the Camargue breed are raised.
Life is punctuated by bullfighting activities in the bullrings and village festivals ideal for spending a good time with family, lovers and friends.

On site, you will be welcomed by Marie, a pure Arlesian who knows all the well-kept secrets of this territory and who will be at your disposal to help you discover her Camargue! She offers you unusual activities and experiences so that you can make the most of your stay. She is also at your disposal if you wish to organize a special event during your holidays, a birthday, a marriage proposal... In case of late arrival, a key box will allow you to access the house independently.
