Ideally located in a residence with swimming pool, close to the Golf and Port du Ponant, our functional and well-equipped apartment guarantees an idyllic stay just minutes from the beach and shops. Its living room opens onto a large south facing terrace and offers a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine and a coffee maker, as well as numerous storage cupboards. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds, but note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years of age (in accordance with article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The shower room and toilet are also available.Please note that the final cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price, but you can contact us to add them as an option.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee). Common parking with many parking spaces is available in the basement to safely park your car.
