We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming house to 80 meters of the sea, of a surface of 105 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, a dining area, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a terrace of about 30 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 35 m² with TV, sofa and armchairs, dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Two bathrooms with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be combined into one queen-size bed.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A terrace of about 30 m², facing East, with furniture to enjoy a meal outside.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment with direct access to the beach and 80 meters from the seawall. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (all year long on Sundays and Thursdays in summer from 8 am to 1 pm)...

Activities :
Ideally located, you can go and discover the beautiful beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy the water sports offered by the sailing club of the city. Among these beaches you will find Juno beach (landing of the Canadians) at Courseulles-sur-Mer, moreover if you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the sites of the Second World War in Normandy. At the end of the day, you can enjoy yourself at the casino before leaving the next morning for a visit of Caen: William the Conqueror's castle, contemporary art museums, discovery of the 100 bell towers of the city...
Don't leave without admiring a sunset from the Cap Romain, a protected site that offers an abundance of fossils of great geological interest.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in a public parking around the accommodation.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus at 300 m from the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located at about 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport located about 31 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Stairs with ramp to access the first floor.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets at 10 euros/bed and towels at 10 euros/person.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
