Nestled among the brightly colored homes on Park Ave. that characterize picturesque Park City, our 3-story townhouse situates you just a few blocks from the ski lift and restaurants/shops while still maintaining a private, quiet, and residential vibe. The townhouse is located just 2.5 blocks to the lifts at the Park City Mountain base and a ten minute walk to Main Street where you’ll find hundreds of shops and restaurants.
Only 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport, an easy taxi ride affords you the option to skip the car rental. No rental car needed with everything a short walk - lifts, restaurants, groceries, Starbucks, shopping, and more. If you do drive or opt to rent a car, there’s plenty of parking in the private two-car carport and several additional uncovered guest parking spaces shared with the other 4 units.
Our townhouse sits at the edge of a large grassy park with playing fields, as well as a large fenced-in playground. We are also just a mere few hundred feet from Park City’s famous “rail trail,” which runs along an old Union Pacific trail road track that dates back to the 1880s. This 28 mile recreational path offers year-round non-motorized activities like walking, running, biking. Many local hiking trails intersect with the rail trail for endless outdoor options. SPACE: All 3 bedrooms have either a king or queen bed and their own en-suite bathroom, plus one additional bathroom on the main floor for a total of 4 bathrooms. There are a total of 3 TVs. Two of the three bedrooms boast mountain and/or slope views. Our spacious townhome has vaulted ceilings throughout, giving a spacious and open feel. The open kitchen-living room-dining room includes (arguably) the biggest leather sofa in all of Park City :) Fuel up for your time on the mountain with an updated and fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Sit down for dinner around the table to share your outdoor adventure stories from the day.
