The apartment itself was lovely. Modern wooden decor is very attractive, all appliances worked well, PERFECT location right in the middle of town and easy access to slopes, shops, bars, it was a great place to stay for a week! Would definitely recommend.However there were issues;1. No WiFi is provided. I ended up roaming the whole week/hopping bar WiFi to download stuff. A recommendation to owner to install WiFi & just put the price up a little :)2. Comms were an issue. No info on exact location, entry instructions, or late arrival info were provided in advance. This left me very nervous. On "other" BnB apps the host always provides that info prior to arrival. I knew I would be arriving late so;- Messaged through VRBO a few days before; got no reply. Chased again a couple days later; no reply. I then realised the day before travel (Dec 26th) that I still didn't have the info I needed to get in, had to dig around my emails into my inbox emails from Giverdon to then reach out via telephone to get the details.- This process absolutely needs improving -3. Small one, but there were some noise issues. The apartment is directly above a bar/restaurant and people were outside making a lot of noise until late. Then first thing every morning the family next door stomped around in ski boots regardless of signs EVERYWHERE saying ski boots are banned. Also the main windows have no curtains so a laser from a bar opposite, beams directly into the room til early morning.
