The cottage is just a short walk to historic downtown Greer and a variety of dining options, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Greer City Park. There are many good restaurants within walking distance including: The Great Bay Oyster House, Select, Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Crate Restaurant and Wine Bar, L'Incanto, and Wild Ace Pizza and Pub, to name just a few. You can walk the historic streets of Greer Station and explore its boutiques offering designer fashions, homewares, vintage antiques, handmade jewelry, local crafts and more. Some of downtown Greer's shops include: The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Southern Sisters Boutique, The Shoppes on Trade, Talloni Shoe Salon, Southern Envy, Sweet Tea Station and Chelsea's Ladies Apparel and Urban Petals. Downtown Greer also offers culinary classes and concerts.
The cottage is also just 10 minutes from The GSP International airport and BMW, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, and 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s).
Our street is normally quiet, but you may hear dogs barking and children playing in the during the day.
