A Provençal farmhouse in the heart of nature - Puy St Martin

The house is located in the charming village of Puy Saint Martin in the Drôme Provençale, close to Montélimar, Crest and atypical and charming villages. Shops nearby. The house is surrounded by nature with an unobstructed view of the Diois massif

The house offers great services with an open kitchen, large living spaces, two living rooms, a large dining table that can accommodate groups and a private office. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, 6 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with double bed + single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 dormitory with 6 single beds), 3 bathrooms and a games room. A large TV room can host courses or seminars for professional sessions.

The exteriors are the highlight of this house with several corners to eat, rest or play petanque on the land provided for this purpose. The swimming pool (9x4), petanque, table tennis, the outdoor children's swing as well as billiards and sauna will enhance your holiday. The use of the sauna is extra.

First floor: living rooms + kitchen + double bedroom (160) + ping pong room / sauna + outdoor shower

1st floor: 4 double bedrooms (180) + 1 single bed, 1 double bedroom (160), a dormitory with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds (sleeps 6) and an adjoining games room. 3 bathrooms upstairs

We cannot guarantee that the pool will open before May 15.

** Household linen at an additional cost: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats. If you want the beds to be ready on arrival, there is an extra charge of €50

** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.

** Coffee maker available in the house: filter coffee maker.

** If the maximum number of guests is reached (20 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.

** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.



** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.
