An absolute water front cottage in a quiet ,peaceful location with wonderful sea views, make this the perfect ‘get away from it all’ accommodation for up to 4 persons. Yet is only 5 minutes drive to all Paihia holiday activities and main shopping.
Located on the Opua waterfront in the Bay of Islands, it is just a short walk to the wharf, general store (for food provisions), Opua Yacht Club and Marina. Virtually straight across the beachfront road is the start of the Opua/Paihia coastal walking track – an early morning ‘must’ during your Bay of Islands holiday.

Fully equipped for self catering with 1 King and 1 Twin Bedrooms (separated by an up market bathroom), this fully refurbished cottage provides excellent accommodation for the short or long stay visitor wishing to explore the Bay of Islands and Far North region.
A large full Kitchen and open plan Living/Dining with glass doors opening onto the sea facing sunny deck make for a relaxed lifestyle in comfortably furnished surroundings and with everything at your fingertips.

Linen and a clean on departure are included.
The extra facilities of Heat Pump etc make this cottage as pleasant in winter as it is in summer.
Special conditions:
• This accommodation sleeps a maximum of 4 and is not suitable for small children.
• In consideration of future guests, smoking outside only please.
• Sorry, no pets or tents.
• The driveway from beachfront road to the cottage is quite steep, but there is street parking available if preferred.

Please note: We ask that you do all general housekeeping, wash & dry dishes and remove rubbish to the bins provided, as required, during your stay and you leave the house in the same tidy condition in which you found it.
