Waterfront 6 bed 4 bath condo with 2 boat slips


Welcome to Carolina Beach! We invite you to enjoy our beautiful water front condominium. It's the ideal location, on the canal and one block from the beach. Walk down to the boardwalk and enjoy many restaurants and bars. Bring your boat and dock it at one of our two boat slips. Spend your day fishing or anchor your boat at nearby Masonboro Island. Then come back, sit on one of our two large porches and enjoy the amazing sunset views. It is truly the best of both worlds!

The main level consists of a well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and beautiful views of the canal. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and a spacious deck which is the perfect place to relax and dine after a long day in the sun. The comfortable living area has a large wet bar with a wine cooler, a 50” flat screen TV and and games and puzzles for all to enjoy. You will also find the utility room with a washer and dryer located on the main floor.

Also on the main floor are two of the six bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other a set of bunk beds (twin over double) with a pull out trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath located in the hall. Both rooms include flat screen TV’s and ocean views with balconies.

The second level has two master suites. One includes a king bed, bath with a whirlpool tub, shower with double shower heads and double vanity with solid surface countertops. There is a 32” flat screen TV and access to the porch. The second master suite offers a queen bed and spacious bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination as well as a 32” flat screen TV and access to the shared porch.

The other two bedrooms share a full bath located in the hall. These bedrooms consist of a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Both include flat screen TV’s and ocean views with balconies.
There are six beach chairs in the outside closet and there is an outdoor charcoal grill . You will need to provide charcoal.
Carolina Beach is the perfect place for a family vacation or getting together with friends. There are great fishing piers, boating, water sports, beautiful sunsets on the beach, and fine or casual dining. Wilmington is only 20 minutes away which offers a variety of golf courses, fine dining and lots of shopping.

Beautiful! Loved the deck and view.

Very impressed. We were here for a work strategy and planning trip. Plenty of space to spread out, brainstorm and unwind. We enjoyed how walkable the area was - just a half mile provided plenty of options for lunch each day. Several of our team ran on the beach each morning, and we all enjoyed coffee and low country boil on the deck as we watched boats go up and down the waterway. Very peaceful.

Family Fun

This was a short family getaway that consisted of four generations. Our youngest guest was two years old and the oldest, my parents, who are both 75. The house was amazing and a great fit for our family of 10. Initially the elevator was a problem but Kristin was great about getting technicians out to handle the problem. Overall, everything was wonderful and I would definitely book this home again.

Excellent Beach Getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to getaway for a weekend with friends! My literal only negative is that there aren't a lot of blankets and the house is pretty cold, so if you tend to run cold, take a blanket! But the rest of the experience is perfect!!

Great location! Perfect for a group of moms and their teenage daughters. Only suggestion were an extra mop over- kitchen floor was pretty sticky upon arrival- and would love cushions for back deck chairs. The deck was a favorite hangout, regardless! Beautiful view! We even saw a live engagement proposal on the dock next door!

This was our family gathering for Thanksgiving. The home was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room. This home was very clean & well stocked! This was our first time staying on the waterway side & loved it!! Really enjoyed the outdoor seating!! Hope to stay again soon!!

75th birthday fishing trip

This property was great for my dad‘s 75th birthday fishing trip. Plenty of room for him and his friends. being able to fish off the dock was perfect as well as being close to the beach. The house was well stocked and very clean.

Had a wonderful time! Loved the location, elevator was perfect for my mother who requires a wheelchair and plenty of bathrooms which was very nice.

We love to stay here. It was our 3rd time at this condo. I really enjoyed the dock.

I would like to know if we got a good rating from the housekeepers. the master bedroom cabinet was hanging really askew. I worked on it and got the door to close. I could have fixed it with a hammer. The hardware was crooked and bent. The screws are inside of the door. I also ordered some chair legs protectors as the ones in the kitchen were really falling apart. Thanks again, Nancy Watson. If possible, we would like the 3rd week in July 2025.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Did a week-long stay with my family, perfect house! The patio overlooking the intercoastal water is shady in the morning, short walk to the public access beach and you have access to the dock for fishing. A+ master bedrooms. Only issue was there being only 3 parking spots available but there's two public spots next to the house. You can purchase a weekly town pass online and use them for the week. Would highly recommend!

Great house and beautiful canal view

This property worked very well for our family of 13. The elevator was a definite plus for my husband who doesn't like too many steps and a granddaughter who recently had knee surgery. The bedrooms and baths were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans needed to make and serve meals. Our teenagers loved fishing off the dock and the easy walk to the boardwalk with the arcade!! The beach walkway was only one block away and the house provides lots of chairs, boogie boards and games. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats come and go. We also rented a kayak and paddle board. The canal was a great place to use them. Access to restaurants was easy and the grocery store was very close by. We only ate out 2 times and enjoyed the house and dock the rest of the time. The beach was very accessible!! This house definitely made for a great week of sun and family time for all of us. The location is excellent!! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place on Carolina beach!!

Yearly trip

Our family takes a yearly beach trip and we enjoyed our stay at the house. It was walkable to the beach and we got to enjoy fishing off the deck. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for coffee and cooking.

Family vacation on the beach

This was a lovely home, just like the pictures! The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all spacious and our group of 14 had plenty of room. The location was also great! Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Dream week in Carolina Beach!

First off, the 2 master suites on the upper floor are magnificent! The adjoining deck provides a fantastic view of the bay, especially after sunset! The main level has a kitchen adjoining the large common space with 2 doors out to the large deck on that level. Very comfortable! The amenities are all right as they should be, and we enjoyed using the provided beach equipment. As for the location, Carolina Beach is a great little beach town! There’s a dock for your use out back so bring your boat or kayaks. Out front it’s a block and a half for the ramp out to the beach. We stayed with 10 people, we were never cramped for room. Highly, highly recommend this house! One of the best we’ve stayed in! And also the elevator is a wonderful feature as we had my mom and sister were with us and can’t use stairs. All in all, this is a great house. Book it!

Exceeded all expectations

My daughter was getting married in Wilmington so I booked this property for my family and Siblings families. 12 adults, 4 kids. Everyone just raved at how clean, spacious, and convenient it was. The common area was large enough for us all to comfortably gather, the bedrooms were more spacious than the pictures show, beach is 2 minute walk, balcony views were amazing. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well supplied. We had 5 cars, we parked 3 on property, and the town has 2 spots in the adjacent lot which were pay spots.

Beautiful waterfront home

Spacious home that very comfortably slept 11 of us for a long weekend. Gorgeous sunset views over the sound and marina. Kitchen well-equipped. Excellent communication with owner. Hope to stay here again!

Pre Christmas Family Gathering

Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. Everything was so beautiful, well stocked with everything we could possible need, and in the perfect location. Upon our Mother's arrival, she teared up when she saw the Christmas tree in the living area. She could not believe that that was done for us. It made our families holiday gathering even more festive! THANK YOU! Mom (82) talked about how much she appreciated the elevator, and how "fresh looking" and how well kept the home was. It suited our family to a T, and even the parking was not a problem. We found the lot just north (0.2mi) of the house to work quite well for the other cars. We all stayed at the house other than a walk about here and there, so parking wasn't an issue. Thanks again for sharing your home with our family. We look forward to our return. Happy Holidays and a happy/healthy new year!

We loved our stay, our kids really enjoyed fishing right off the dock they caught so many fish and were thrilled! Views were beautiful and the house had everything we needed.
