Great stay near skiing

The house was so nice, plenty of room, clean, updated, well kept, had all the basics for kitchen, bath, and laundry for travelers so you don't have to pack every little thing. Great location, close to everything.

A great place to relax

Perfect location to stay for when we ran the Canaan Valley 1/2 marathon, approx 4 miles from the resort . The place was quiet, cozy, perfect place to unwind after the race

Practically perfect in every way

Family Ski and Sledding Weekend

We had a great trip. Location was great, within a 15 minute drive of Davis, Timberline Mountain, and Canaan Sate Park. Property had everything f we needed and more. The only complaint I heard from the group was that the mattress in the smaller bedroom could have been better. We would stay here again anytime!

Perfect weekend getaway

This townhouse was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed with the necessities. It was pretty cold weather but past ski season for our visit so we enjoyed nearby hikes and parks. Overall a relaxing place to escape from the house we’ve been trapped in for the past year. Thank you for the nice accommodations!

Beautiful place

The rental was even better than we expected. Beautiful inside and beautiful views of the hills. Spotless and in great condition. The rental was very well stocked. We had a great time. Convenient location to Davis, Thomas, Blackwaterfalls and we drove to Dolly Sods, Cass railway, Spruce knob, Seneca rocks.

Canaan Townhome

This is a wonderful, quiet and serene property. Plenty of room for a family of 4. If you like to cook, there are plenty of supplies in the kitchen to accommodate your needs, plus a Weber BBQ on the deck (with an extra tank). We were here in the summer and the location was central to our planned activities.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful home for a ski getaway. Close to Canaan and Timberline. Kitchen was well stocked. Decor was comfortable and inviting. We had a snag checking in due to the party before us not following check out directions, but the owner Eric communicated well and often with us. Would 100% recommend this home!

Better than Expected

This property was better than the description and pictures. The house was very clean an Qd cozy. It had all the necessary amenities for our family. Great location 2 miles from Timeberline Mountain and 4 miles from Canaan Valley Ski Resort. The little drive was worth the cost difference from those right on the slopes.

Great property!

The townhouse is very comfortable and well appointed. I suspect that the house may be used by the owner occasionally based upon the furnishings, nice linens and the well stocked kitchen. All the bedrooms and one of the full baths are upstairs, so that could be a minus for anyone with a stair issue. Lovely deck with a gas grill and mountain views were very pleasant. Highly recommend this property

Mini Spring Break Getaway

My family decided to get away for a few days and found this great townhouse available. The house was exactly as listed and was in a perfect location for all of our activities including horseback riding, hiking and WV tourist activities. As a family of 5 this house was much more comfortable than renting a hotel or small condo and the 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The townhouse is updated with contemporary furnishings, great bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. The only thing I would add would be furniture for the back porch to enjoy the weather when nice. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great family weekend

My sisters and I stayed at the house with our four kiddos. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for the kiddos age 4-9. The photos accurately capture the home. It is very nicely maintained and lots of little extras that made the stay more comfortable like a well-equipped kitchen and drawer filled with things you might need like extra batteries for the remote, etc. The location was great for our plans to visit Blackwater Falls, Davis, Thomas, and Seneca Rocks. The owner was very responsive to texts and questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home

It was an amazing trip and good stay. We had such a good time in this place. We love the sunrise from the deck. It was so beautiful. They have everything that you need at the house. It's close to a lot of ski resort. It's only 15 minutes away from downtown. They have a really good barbecue place close to the house. The house locate such a good area. . Eric is really nice and good communication, very helpful and answer all the questions. We looking forward to come back to this place again.

Good proximity to ski slopes. great amount of functional room.

We came with my daughter, her husband and grand kids. Plenty of space. The only reason for a 4 was the fact that the fireplace was not working.
