Great house with a beautiful backyard. Open living room / kitchen. New fireplace table and seating areas.Formal dining room and pool table room. All four bedrooms have TVs (personal streaming accounts needed) but the backyard is where all the fun happens. Outside bar/sink, Dining area, gas barbecue, fire pit and Chipping/Cornhole Bags Area. Plenty of places for people to lounge around the Heated pool. Front and rear security cameras.

Great house!

Great house in an excellent location. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a local park, restaurants, shopping. House is spacious, backyard has a heated pool, lots of outdoor play equipment and dining options. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Very Clean

We had a great time at this home. The property was very clean and had easy instructions to get in. We traveled with our children and they loved the park a few blocks away. The pool was warm and they enjoyed swimming each day even when it was a little chillier out. There is so much to do in the backyard of the property. The location is prime. It is right next to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacay!

Great time with the family! Pool and backyard was a hit! Rooms are separate from rest of the house, which gives everyone a break if needed! Close to everything: restaurants, groceries, and short drive to downtown!

Perfect stay perfect location

The house made you feel like you were right at home. It has everything you need and was beautiful! HEATED pool was the best. A great perk was the pizza oven! Comfortable bed definitely a major plus. Would highly recommend.

Backyard Paradise

We loved our stay in this Scottsdale home! The home was very clean, very well decorated, plenty of towels (bath and pool), had everything we needed in the kitchen, enough beds for our family of 6, comfortable beds, great location and easy check in and out. We unfortunately had cold weather (mid to low 60's) and couldn't really take advantage of the pool but it was very clean and well taken care of. Even with the cold weather the backyard had plenty of other things to do. Our kids played bags, worked on their putting and we enjoyed listening to the birds while eating meals on one of the many outdoor tables. There is also a park about a block away if you have littles that need to get some energy out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it this house to others.

A Short Break from Winter

We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 adult sons. The house was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The property is exactly as described and very clean. The location is ideal for accessing the many things to do in the vicinity. Cory was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Great Family Getaway

This property is just what we were looking for to celebrate the holidays. It was in a great location, close to tons of attractions. There was so much to do at the house, we spent the majority of our time at our home away from home, making the best memories. Cory was great to work with and was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Fall Get Away

We loved our stay here, and Cory was great to work with! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had a beautiful outdoor space that we thoroughly enjoyed! The house was very comfortable and clean and felt very homey. We will definitely be back!

Visited the area for a graduation. Place was neat and tidy. It was close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores as well. Was great staying here. Would come back.

Family Fun for Everyone!

What a lovely home and neighborhood for spending a week in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area! We were a family of three generations staying at Paradise Valley Village. Beautiful desert landscaping greeted us in the front yard as we arrived. The backyard is totally paradise. It made us feel like we would entertain all the time if the backyard were ours! A large, wonderful heated pool was the center of much fun for the kids and adults. Meals were enjoyed at the outside table (there are actually two outside seating areas for dining). Bird watching in the backyard was amazing, especially when we sighted the green and orange Arizona Lovebird--so colorful. The owner, Cory, is a timely responder to any questions guests might have. The neighborhood is very quiet, with little traffic, yet a shopping area with restaurants and retail stores is close by. In walking the neighborhood we discovered that there were horses and chickens within 6 blocks or so of the house. There's also a children's playground within easy walking distance. We visited the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Gardens, hiked at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and thoroughly enjoyed the McCormack-Stillman Railroad Park. In the cool of the morning and evenings all kinds of billiard tournaments took place at the home's excellent pool table. We found no downsides at Cory's. Come stay and enjoy the beauties of life in AZ.

Private, quiet paradise

Our entire family is raving about our experience in this beautiful house. It was in an easy-to-find neighborhood that is quiet yet close to anything we could want, from restaurants to shops. The house had every ammenity, and we loved lounging by the pool, playing bags, dining under the lights, and enjoying the sunshine and the birds in the palm trees. The owner is EXTREMELY responsive and friendly. And we loved that the house was so well-equipped with shampoo, pool towels, coffee, etc. We didn’t need to bring anything extra!

Great vacation property with pool

This was a lovely property in a convenient, safe feeling, well kept cul-de-sac. We loved the heated pool. The interior paint could use a freshening up, but I suppose that’s going to happen with a rental property. We didn’t have any issues with the home and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a get away with the boys!

We played an AZ adult baseball tournament. We were well located and all had comfortable beds. The arrangements were clean and provided enough to make sure we could relax while we were resting between games. Would recommend to all

Scottsdale Family Trip 2022

All I can say is the host has thought of everything. All we need to bring was food, drink and ourselves! The property is beautiful and all contingencies have been planned for. Cory was immediately responsive to all request for help. We had an amazing time and plan to visit again.
