We really enjoyed the access to the lake from the home. The home had comfortable beds and furniture and an easy location to get to anywhere on or off the lake.

Perfectly suited for our one-month stay. Cozy and conveniently located. We were lucky to see the first signs of spring on the channel from the large windows. Sitting on the deck was nice on the warmer days.

Great location, very short channel ride to the main lake (visible from property). Tiny, cute house with efficient use of space at a great price. Exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and generally well kept. Minutes from a few good restaurants.

Beautiful location!

We were celebrating our Honeymoon and this location was perfect. We enjoyed waking up each morning to the sunrise over the lake. The location of the home at the end of the channel was quiet and quaint. We enjoyed breakfast on the back deck overlooking the water. The decor inside the home is cute lake themed and made us want to spend as much time on the water as possible. While we did experience a few unforeseen inconveniences with the house the host of the property was extremely quick to respond to text messages and did her best to make the issues better as best she could in a timely manner.

Old and Not safe

Place was old looking. Wiring in the house is unsafe. We left two days early because of smoke coming out of cabinet. My gf was so worried that the place might catch fire. Got there and both trash cans were full and bugs and flies everywhere. The grass was never cut. Felt like the place was abandon. No kitchen table. So, embarrassed for my family to come over to visit.

Super awesome place

Very clean and charming cottage. It is located on a neat little canal leading out to lake wawasee. My 2 sons and I really enjoyed our time fishing during the day then watching movies at night. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Lake House

A much needed week long lake vacation was made better by this house! So lovely and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed including an ice maker which made loading the cooler for the boat a breeze! The deck provides such a relaxing morning and evening retreat.

Cute little channel cottage!

We enjoyed our stay as much as possible with all the rain. We loved being on the channel with our boat, it’s so nice to just step outside and into your boat. Nice big docking area with plenty of room for my giant duck blowup. We fished, watched turtles, and l paddled down the channel in a paddle boat. The cottage is cute on the inside decorated with nautical touches and a lot of things you need for a week long stay. We just wish it would have rained a little less bit had fun any!
