Cozy little 2 story home with 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull-out sofa sleeper in the center of downtown Woodland Park. It has so much charm you will never want to leave! You have shops and restaurants a hop skip and jump away and the memorial park in your backyard and you can walk to almost EVERYTHING. You will enjoy the farmers market in the spring and summer that is a block away or sit outside and BBQ. Beautiful hikes are 5-20 mins away, we have a guide at the hideaway for all your adventures!
Our little hideaway has rough beams and wood floors and the latest mountain-themed design. We have a full-service kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. All our furniture and linens are brand new and our home was freshly painted. There is a brand new 65 inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch in the bedroom. Both Smart TV's are compatible with Apple and Google. But you will enjoy just staring out the bedroom window are the gorgeous view of Pikes Peak. We try to follow all the cleaning guidelines and make sure that our home is sanitized for your stay. PET FRIENDLY- we allow dogs with prior approval and a $100 pet fee, We want to make sure you have what you need to relax, have fun, and forget about your worries.
Darling little home in the midst of Woodland Park. A block away from Memorial Park where there are many community celebrations ie; Halloween festival, bike races, weekly farmers market, 4th of July celebrations, car shows, etc. Walk to Joannie's deli, Judges burgers, Ute Pass inn cowboy bar, Beir Weirks brewery, everything is a 5-10min walking distance from Woody's Hideaway. OR 5-20 mins will get you to the best hiking in the Ute Pass area. Mueller Park, Pikes Peak Recreation area, etc. You can ski at Monarch and Breckenridge that is 1 hour and 45min away. Keystone and Copper are 2 hours away. Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Red Rocks open space, Old Colorado City is 20mins away and Downtown Colorado Springs is 25 mins away. Woodys Hideaway is a perfect little center of everything but feels like your hiding away from everything.

My wife Bobbi and I have lived in Colorado for over 20 years. I am a retired US Special Forces Officer and my Bobbi is a professional Mountain Biker and Nurse. We are both working as Realtors now and we own our own Company called "The Warner Group" in Colorado Springs. We live down the road from Little Woody in a town called Manitou Springs. Once all of our 5 kiddos are grown and out of home then we might make Little Woody our permanent home. We enjoy all the things Colorado has to offer: Skiing, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, Camping, Hiking and Jeeping. You can do all those things from Little Woody! We hope you love our little home as much as we do!

This cute two-story home is located right in downtown Woodland Park. You are within walking distance from everything...Breweries, Shopping, Restraints, hiking....everything. We put a lot of love into this little home. Almost everything inside is Brand New! All the TVs are smart TVs and will connect with any of your devices, Apple, Samsung, or Google. While this is a one-bedroom the downstairs has a sleeper sofa that converts to a full-size bed. The window over the desk upstairs looks directly at Pikes Peak which is like looking at a different painting every day! Since this home is right downtown, it's a short drive to Manitou Springs or Colorado Springs. This home is a great little getaway from the bigger city life but allows you to easily commute if you have work in Colorado Springs. This home is only about 20 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Training Center and the Olympic Museum. The upstairs features a queen-sized memory foam bed, sitting chairs, and a work desk. It's decorated with the mountain theme. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The downstairs boasts an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room area. The sofa sleep converts to a full-sized bed for the extra guests or kiddos.
