"Splendid Dax" beautiful T3 hyper center elevator and free parking

It is a beautiful T3 apartment of 78 m2 very spacious, functional, and bright. It is very well equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You arrive in front of a pretty residence with an automatic gate that opens onto your free and allocated parking space (N°11) which is originally a disabled space and therefore wide but which remains for your sole use.

Right next to it, you have the front door of the building with an elevator that takes you to the first floor where the apartment is located (on the right and right at the very back when exiting the elevator).

Opening the door you will have access to a very pretty entrance with a cloakroom and shoe cabinets to make you comfortable.

Everything has been thought out for a pleasant and comfortable stay: large convertible and comfortable corner sofa in a beautiful living room with the open kitchen, a large screen 120 cm smart TV (if you have a Netflix account, youtube you can connect to it live), electric fireplace for a cozy atmosphere.

The SFR box offers a package with channels in all European, Asian, Arabic, etc. languages.

There is a very fast wifi access, convenient for teleworkers and recently a massage chair for relaxation sessions after the treatment or walks.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Italian coffee makers, one French press and the other traditional, also a dolce gusto pod coffee maker, multifunction oven that makes a traditional oven, microwave, grill, kettle, toaster, cordless vacuum cleaner, steam generator, ironing board and mister cuisine processor edition more
The instructions are in the drawer under the TV.

We always leave a minimum for cooking, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc. and we ask you to be kind enough to think about the next arrivals and to replace what you have used. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

You then have a sleeping area composed of 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and a separate toilet.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished in a contemporary Zen wicker style with a 140 x 200 bed, two bedside tables, a chair, a clothes rack, a large closet.

The other is more in a black and wood Zen style, composed of two 90 x 190 beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed, two bedside tables, a small desk area, a chair, a bookcase, a clothes rack

For babies, we have a high chair, a travel cot with mattress cover and a small fleece blanket, a bathtub, a toilet booster, a plate, a spoon and a fork (bring a sleeping bag for the night).

Cleaning and beds are done on arrival. Linen is provided for the beds, the bathroom, the kitchen.

There is no air conditioning but the weather is good because the walls are thick and we have made three fans available. The rooms have shutters and blackout and thermal curtains for better comfort.

Since the apartment is located next to the hot fountain square, all windows are equipped with double glazing so very good sound insulation.

Very good bakery on the square, excellent butcher caterer, great hairdresser, and chocolate shop, wine shop, organic shop just a stone's throw away.

The sweet market is a minute away and you can find a lot of gourmet products and you can also have a drink, eat etc.

The Galeries Lafayettes are right next door as well as a carrefour market, a small intermarket in the city center.

The big Saturday market at the Halles is about a five minute walk away.

The entrance is in front of 19 rue du Mirailh. The terminals are open from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (except for the Dax feria where access is prohibited) and closed on Sundays. Outside these hours, contact the concierge for your arrival. Outside these hours, you cannot access the residence's parking lot. There are free parking spaces nearby. For spa guests, it is possible to take a parking package at 40 euros at the parking house.

You can walk on the quays along the splendid hotel or in the nearby arena park. Various thermal baths less than 5 minutes walk away and all shops nearby.

If you don't have a car, you can do without it because there are even FREE VITENVILLE shuttles
