Experience all that Mountain View has to offer while relaxing in this spacious home. Perfect for multi-families and groups! TWO kitchens with dining areas, a cozy living room, a roomy master bedroom and bath, a screened porch dining area, as well as a covered porch and fire pit. Adults and kids alike will enjoy the large game room with a shuffleboard table. Whether you're here to fish, hike, mountain bike, explore, or just get away...this is the place to land.

Other things to note

The master bedroom is a pass through to the back kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms.

The riverbank is steep. Water levels change throughout the day. Access to the water is at your own risk.

House was clean and exactly as described. Views of the White River were spectacular. And nearby trails for hiking easy to access from the house. Nice, easy trip to visit AR and enjoy the outdoors.

Great fun with family and attended Bean Festival. There are 2 outdoor chairs that are broken. Loved the view. Thank you for sharing your house.

Great family space!! The main cabin shows its age but the addition is more modern. Great outdoor space with beautiful views of the River. Great location if you’re staying to actually fish the river. Between the two kitchens there is amble cookware and utensils. Could use some organization/labeling on the cabinets. We stayed through Thanksgiving with our small family of 12 and had a wonderful time. Only complaint I heard was the air vents in upstairs area rattled a lot when heat/air came on.

Family reunion 2025

This property was great. Beautiful property, lots of space, the two kitchens were great for all the meals we cooked and loved the screened in porch and covered outside porch. The river view was amazing. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and just had an overall great stay.

Pros: Beautiful location and spacious home. Excellent for relaxing and cooking out. The two kitchens and the covered and screened-in porches were wonderful. Comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of fans inside and outdoor seating near the fire pit.Cons: It was lacking in cookware (only one 8" frying pan in the whole place), and needed a more detailed cleaning. Dirty dishes greeted us from the cupboard (coffee cup with lipstick lip prints on the rim and a grease puddled plate), there were cobwebs in the corners of the bunk room, and dead cave crickets here and there on the ground floor.Overall, we loved the location (close to town), the view, and the comfort and spaciousness of the home and would consider booking again.

Perfect Spring Break

Property was just as advertised, and better! Three adults , 1 teen, and 6 under 12, all had a great time, and were happy with bedroom selection. The second kitchen next to deck was a big plus.The river was low there, and kids got to wade.I would go back anytime!

Terrific home for a family gathering

Ten of us gathered at this home for Thanksgiving. Having two kitchens and lots of beds was great for this purpose. Check in was easy; requested check out tasks were reasonable. Overall, a great visit.

Perfect Place for a relaxing time

This spacious home has a lodge-like feel. It is perfect for our group of 11 adults. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The back screened porch was our favorite place to enjoy eating and visiting. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy one another's company or have some privacy. This was our second stay and we all look forward to a return trip!

Close to nature

We had a great time at this beautiful river side property which has all amenities and has access to the white river from the backyard. Kids had a fun time and plenty of beds / rooms to accomadate families / friends Host is amazing and very helpful Thanks a lot for renting your place to us

Perfect Place!

The home & location were absolutely perfect for our group of friends and family. We cooked breakfast and supper every day and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfy. Everyone had a wonderful time whether they were relaxing on the back porch or playing games in the game room. Our crew gives the place 5 stars and look forward to a return trip!

Had a really good time.

Location was on river bank as advertised. Lots of space and plenty beds. Living area a little small but lots of other space to spread out. Stayed in late November and it was a little cool to get out and do much. Different areas of the house were different temperatures.

Excellent property near Blanchard Caverns

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house with a large group. It has plenty of bedrooms and beds for kids or adults. The master bedroom downstairs is a little awkward as everyone has to pass that room to make it to the back porch or upstairs. The grill was on the smaller side but it worked. Overall a very good vacation rental for large group.

Long weekend getaway

It’s not easy finding a home to accompany 11 adults, especially from 2 families, but this rental was more than we could’ve asked for. There was plenty of rooms/beds & bathrooms for everyone, plus some. The location was amazing; and we can’t wait to go back. Allison & Lindsey made the process so easy and worked with me to help accommodate us in more ways than one.

Couples Retreat

We have 3 other couples that we do a yearly trip in Arkansas with. We have done this for 12 years now. This was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Simply gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your place. We loved it.

Great Fishing Adventure

The property was a great fit for all 10 of us. The house was clean and spacious. The outdoor life of the house with the fire pit, the deck, the screened in patio and the view of the river was breath taking. The owners were very responsive with any needs or questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good time at great place on the White River.

Wonderful family getaway

Perfect place for a large family getaway! This cabin is located on the beautiful White river. The river was crystal clear, perfect for fishing, wading, and kayaking. We spent hours on the back porch.(covered patio and a screened-in porch) The cabin was cute and very clean. The two kitchens had everything we needed. Pool table and games for the kids. Plenty of beds. We didn’t want to leave!!! We will be back

Would definitely stay again!

I'm a first time VRBO renter. This couldn't of been easier and the property was just as listed. We did contact the owner about a small issue but it was handled quickly and it was no big hassle to get it resolved. The stay was very nice. Accommodations were very comfortable and everything is basically provided for. The view and serenity was just what we were wanting. The family has already asked to book this place again on our next trip to Arkansas. Thank you all so much for making this so easy.
