The bedroom / bathroom configuration was amazing, it worked so well for our group. Beach location was ideal, porches were perfect, and we loved the hot tub.

When the layout just works for a group, everything else falls into place. Sounds like the porches and hot tub earned their keep too, with the beach right there to top it off. Thanks so much for staying with us!

This was a great place to stay for our large extended family vacation. The rooms are large and plenty of space to spread out. Everything looked as it was advertised. It is right on the beach which is so nice and the views are amazing! It is a short drive to the restaurants/bars and a great location. The internet was a little spotty, one of the grandkids was trying to do homework and wasn't able to complete. There are alot of stairs, which was advertised. They did provide gates to put at the top of the stairs and also on the 1st floor balcony so the kids/dogs couldn't go down the stairs. It is a very nice place and we enjoyed ourselves!

Great location. Disappointing house. House needs lots of attention. Mold, rotten wood & uneven stairs. The elevator didn't work. This house has a lot of potential with a some TLC.

Avantstay does not know anything about the property. We asked about amenities for children and Avantstay said there are none. We spent over 1,000 renting baby items and we arrived the property already had 90% of what we needed and we couldn’t cancel our rental agreement.

The location and view is beautiful. The house is very run down. There was a brown stain on the sheets upstairs. The bathroom tiles have mold. And on top of that the worst thing was the top floor air conditioning unit got up to 77 and would not keep up with itself. The unit is too small for the house. The owner needs to spend some money to bring up the house to adequate standards. New bedding, towels, AC unit, tile grout would go a long way. Thanks

We loved this spot, it was beautiful, relaxing and we loved walking the beach! Plenty of seating and lots of room!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for family & friends

We used the property for a low key new years. It was a great location right on the beach, but still close enough to town. Perfect for morning walks/runs, dolphin watching and relaxation. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great beach front location at Folly Beach

We loved this place! Great for a large groups d the location can’t be beat. Long steep staircase to entry and elevator not in use, so probably not a great option for walking impaired. But we loved our stay.

Great Location

Fantastic location right on the beach. Home is very spacious, clean and four of the five bedrooms are oceanfront with great views. The upstairs and downstairs porches are wonderful. Look forward to staying here again.

A+++ location on/in what feels like a private beach inches from the vast Atlantic Ocean. Our family enjoyed this ocean oasis and hope to return again to create more memories.

Wonderful, Easy & Comfortable Beach Getaway

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Minutes from the Folly Pier and an easy drive into Charleston / King Street for day out shopping. Everything was easy from beginning to end. The hosts are extremely attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your next Folly Beach getaway.

Spring Beach Trip

We had a great time at this house! It is extremely roomy and we loved being right on the beach. Short drive to downtown Folly and Charleston. We had an awesome trip! Hot tub wasn’t treated and cleaned when we arrived, but working with Avant Stay to get this problem solved was entirely easy. I would 100% stay again with a house owned by Avant Stay.

Great Stay at Folly Beach

We had a fantastic stay at the Poseidon in Folly Beach. The location is in a great section of the beach that has low traffic and is very beautiful. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. The only issue for older guests would be that the elevator was not working, but that was not an issue with our group.

Amazing View

Lots of stairs but they were worth it… amazing view of the Ocean and beach from the Balconies and the hot tub. Plenty of tables and chairs both in house and balconies. Would rent it again.

Big Bad Birthdays

We had a GREAT girls long weekend to celebrate turning 40, 50 and 60! The house was perfect to enjoy the beauty of the beach while still being close enough to Charleston for some city fun. The concierge service was so helpful and the massage therapist they sent to the house provided the best massages any of us had ever had!!! We would definitely book this house again!
