• Stunning 4 bed / 3 bath recently renovated private home in Kure Beach
• Gorgeous deck and plenty of space for relaxation
• Ocean View from Master and private, ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment
• Short stroll to the beach

The Space
• 4 bedroom 3 bathroom spacious private home in Kure Beach
• Additional 2 bedroom apartment accessible on ground floor through garage
• Recently renovated in 2020
• Close to all local amenities
• Well equipped kitchen to meet all your needs
• High-speed WiFi & Smart Roku TV
• Pack 'n' Play available on request
• Linens and bath towels included. Beach towels NOT included.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

Pet Policy
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• If possible, please add pets to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens

House Rules
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am
• No parties
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Wonderful

The property was perfect it was in short walking distance to a public access and close to Fort Fisher. The property was clean and inviting a great place to stay.

Close to the beach, nice for family vacation

Overall it was a nice stay! Beach is an easy short walk, access is simple and no boardwalks involved (great to bringing a wagon and with small kids), house has plenty of space, and beds are comfortable. Bonus was the 3 fridges which helped us not go to the store as much. My family and I enjoyed the house!

Perfect Vacation

This was the perfect beach house for our family! Everything was amazing, and the hosts were super responsive. Super short walk to the beach that my young children were able to walk without being carried. Part of our family hopped on the nearby ferry for a day trip to Southport. Highly recommend!

Kure Beach Fun

It was our first time at Kure, and we enjoyed it! Lots to do with our young boys (3) and (1.5), and a nice stay at our rental. For the price point, I was shocked to have to bring our own sheets, towels and linens. Overall, nice place, nice neighbors and nice stay!

Fantastic home at the beach

A lovely home with lots of room to enjoy your family and/or friends. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. We did not utilize the outdoor decks as we visited in cold /rainy weather. However, the furniture looked nice and inviting. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to any inquiries. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Oceanview from master bedroom

First day was a disappointment. Cleaning crew was still there 2 1/2 hrs after we were to check in. We couldn't access the kitchens to put food away and prepare dinner for the kids. Everyone was hit and exhausted but had to wait for staff to finish and leave. One of the beds could not be used . One leg was completely stripped from the frame. Beyond that, everyone loved the home a. The kids called it the mansion. The master bedroom on the top floor had French doors leading out to a balcony with a gliding bench and beautiful views of the ocean just down the block. I love that there were two kitchens and one level is a complete apartment. So much space no one was tripping over feet. Great location. prepabegin to prepare dinner f

Family Vacay win

Our annual family beach trip was a huge success again this year because we were able to stay at this property. Because we stayed last year, we knew the quality items ready for us and were able to pack less. Thanks for an amazing beach house!

Beautiful Home on Kure beach

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Everything was brand new Nd remodeled in a very nice way.. it was also super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything you need to cook. The owners were very responsive getting back to me immediately with any questions I had. You are not even a block from the beach It’s a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The area is residential, peaceful and people are very nice and respectful. I will be returning hopefully very soon and would again stay at the property. Its a very warm home. It’s very big and easily acomódales numerous couples and or a big family. There is an apartment downstairs that was an added bonus. My daughter came from college to meet us and she had her own little apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Easily could accommodate 4 people just in the apartment. Has a separate entrance for them to come and go.. it was so much fun staying here and enjoying the Wilmington area. It was quiet and peaceful to sit on the balcony and just relax listening to the ocean waves Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

nicest home we have ever stayed in!

What an amazing house and location! A complete and beautiful remodel. Four houses away from the beach. Beach caddy in the garage for ease of carrying everything to the beach. Such a warm and comforting home. Beautiful bathrooms and showers! Awesome water pressure. Beds all seem brand new and all extremely comfortable. All new appliances. Great washer and dryer. Beautiful decking that goes all the way around the house. Fenced in yard for our pup. Master bedroom and bathroom are an oasis. Beautiful windows and faces the ocean. You can hear the waves if you have a window open or are sitting on the balcony. The backyard is festive with lights, picnic table, and swing chairs. Propane grill with two tanks in garage. They really thought of everything in this rental. Baby/doggie gates on stairs, a portable crib, huge pantry to store all your food, gas stove, huge fridge in kitchen and in garage. The bottom floor also has an inlaw suite that we didn't to use but is really nice with full kitchen, new remodeled full bath and two bedrooms. We usually go to OBX n the summer but are looking to see if this house is available this summer sometime bc we all loved it so much. We brought our linens and towels no big deal. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and the other bedrooms are queens. The bedroom on the middle floor has a single day bed and futon. TVs in all the rooms. Two gas fireplaces, one in family room and one in master bedroom (good for winter months). We had the best time! Thank you!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen. The beach was just two blocks away and an easy walk. You could see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The only negative was that we had to bring our own linens, and that was a lot for 7 people, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. At this price, I would have expected linens to be included. It was the first time we rented where they were not provided. Other than that, it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay - property manager very attentive

We enjoyed our stay, roomy house, close to the beach. I had a few questions, the property manager was very helpful/attentive. We chose not to rent linens which was fine, but forgot about bringing towels for bathmats (bring extra if you choose not to rent.) ;0

Great vacation!

We were new to Kure Beach and found this house perfect for our family. It was evident that this home as been renovated recently and everything was new and very nice. Although linens were not provided the host provided a start up supply of all of the necessities (trash bags, soap, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels). The in-law suite was perfect for our daughter and her young family to have a quiet place to retreat when the rest of the family was too much. The beach location had a great sandbar that provided easy swimming for our young grandchildren and the Kure Beach Pier was less than a mile away. Access to the two car garage was quite a bonus to store beach store at the end of each day. Thanks for sharing you beautiful home!

Kure Beach Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay…home is as pictured. Lots of space for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. Takes less than 3 minutes to walk the 100 or so yards to the beach! You do need to bring linens (sheets & towels) which is a pain. Kitchen was missing few things we needed but we made do. Internet dropped multiple times each day. We simply restarted modem/router and it popped back up. Can’t give the place 5 stars…but would stay again

Upscale family fun

This was literally the most expensive house we've ever rented and we probably would have chosen something less expensive had any such option existed at the time we realized that the only week we could make our family vacation work so everyone could attend was the week of July 4th. Slim pickings available indeed! However, the house was beautiful, well-appointed, and the beds more comfortable than any other place we've ever rented. Some places will say they sleep a large number of people, but you look at it more closely and people would be stacked on top of each other; this place has more than enough room for a large group (we were 10) and it's very comfortable! The kitchen was also well-stocked with new appliances and supplies which made cooking our meals easier. The backyard was lovely and the perfect place to set up our croquet or cornhole sets for a relaxed family evening after a day on the beach. We had a great time and were sad to leave. The hosts were also very responsive whenever we had a question. Like a previous poster, I was surprised that linens were not included at this price point. The main drawback of the place (commented upon regularly by the kids/teens in our party in particular) was the unreliable wifi. For many of us adults, it was a nice excuse to separate them from their devices!

We had a wonderful time together on our vacation. We had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The rooms were good sized and the whole house had a comfortable feel.
