Relax & unwind during your stay in this completely renovated Boho Farmhouse. With 2600 square feet and tons of outdoor space on 2.1 acres, everyone has room to spread out and let vacation begin. There are TWO master suites with king beds and two secondary bedrooms with queen beds. Get ready for a wonderful night's sleep on memory foam mattresses, then enjoy coffee on the rocking chair front porch. You'll fall in love with this quiet and private retreat located just 6 minutes from downtown!

THE SPACE
With thoughtful decor to give the Pink Door Farmhouse a bohemian vibe, it feels homey and inviting the minute you pull into the driveway. The completely renovated space includes a relaxing color palate, comfortable furniture, family friendly games, and all of the modern amenities to make your stay a success.

Walk in to an open concept main floor that makes spending time with family and friends a breeze. The living room is outfitted with an electric fireplace, a smart tv including Hulu and Amazon, a hanging swing, and an oversized sectional couch for gathering. The dining area has an 8-person farm table in front of a huge picture window overlooking the forest. The U-shaped kitchen has tons of counter space and we provide coffee, tea, spices, and every cooking utensil you'd need to make a great meal! Use the Keurig for a single cup or make a large pot with the drip coffeemaker. If you're more of a tea drinker, there is an electric tea kettle in the kitchen cabinet! We even have everything you need to make S'mores!

Down the hall on the first level, you will find a full bathroom, two secondary rooms, and a master suite with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress, plantation shutters for a great long night's sleep, and a 52" smart TV with Firestick. The en suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. The two secondary bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses, luggage racks, and blinds on the large windows for added privacy (all but one of the bedrooms have smart TVs).

The loft upstairs overlooks the living room and was made for games and gathering! The oversized couch can also be used as additional sleeping space and two oversized armchairs surround a huge coffee table. We have supplied several fun board games (located in the upstairs master bedroom storage coffee table) to bring out for game time during a rainy day or late night! There's also a full sized foosball table in the loft!

The brand new huge upstairs master bedroom has a memory foam king mattress, another oversized couch for extra sleeping space, coffee table with games, smart TV with Firestick, extra blankets and pillows, and a mini-split heating and air system that will make you reluctant to leave your room! A sliding barn door leads to a custom bathroom with marble dual vanity and a tile shower as well as a closet for storage.

The Pink Door Farmhouse has tons of outdoor space with a huge rocking chair front porch with a hanging bed swing. Find all seven bird houses, and follow hiking trails leading to a circle of fallen trees and a forest of ferns (trailhead is to the right of the hammock) and an abandoned 1950's schoolbus (to the right of the front porch). Roast s'mores around the firepit, watch the clouds float by in the hammock, and see the most amazing starry nights. The back porch has a gas grill, seating, and string lights to enjoy the outdoors after sunset. Our shed is open to guests (Be Careful on the step), and it contains skewers for roasting marshmallows, hobo pie makers (think a pressed sandwich you can make over the fire), cornhole and a few other games, and extra firewood.

There's nothing cookie cutter about our place and we hope to make it a comfortable and memorable place that you want to come back and visit again! We supply coffee, tea, Mrs. Meyer's hand soap, dish soap, local hand lotion, Revlon hair dryers in all three bathrooms, first aid items, disinfecting supplies, bug spray, Firesticks, TV's in 3 out of 4 bedrooms, extra pillows and blankets, games, upscale bedding and furniture, and much more! Our goal is to make your stay a complete success!

We're just a quick 6-8 minute drive to downtown but the 2.1 acre property is so peaceful without a neighbor in sight...you'd think you were in the middle of nowhere!

You'll have access to the fire pit, hiking trails, hammock, front porch, back porch, gas grill, shed with games/marshmallow skewers, hobo pie makers (there are personal items in our shed, so please be respectful of off limits items), and the entire house!
