The name says it all!

Memories were definitely made during this trip! This cabin is amazing! It is in a great location in Wears Valley, not too far off the main road with beautiful views. There was plenty of room for 9 adults (2 younger in twins in loft and 2 adults in apt over game room). The cabin was clean, and everything was in working order. You can easily tell that it is well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all the bakeware, cookware, and utensils you need if dining in. There was even plenty of firewood for the firepit. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it due to the burn ban.

Beautiful cabin and surroundings!!

My family loved this cabin. There was a total of 10 vacationing and there was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. The best part for me was the scenery with the view of the mountains and the evenings watching the fireflies. I hope to come back again!

Great place!

Great place. Tons of room. Location was beautiful and peaceful. Just a little farther from Pigeon Forge than we would have liked. Check in was through the rental company so we had to pick up and return the keys.

Thoroughly Enjoyed

For reference, there were eight people staying (two teenagers and six adults). Property: The main cabin was very nice and clean. Plenty of space to eat, relax, and sleep. The game room (in the garage area) was clean, large, and had a unit for air condition / heating. We went in May and the unit easily kept the game room cool. The area above the game room was a nice extra living space that had a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen, and living room. While this area was not as nice as the main cabin, it was clean and a great extra space. The main downside to this area was the location of the ac / heating unit. It kept the living room / kitchen very cool, but we needed to use a fan (that we brought) to blow the cool air into the bedroom. Not a problem, but something to note. One more thing was the internet from the main cabin did not reach to this area (at least for our devices). Location: The neighborhood was very nice. My wife and I enjoyed walking around and enjoying the well kept neighborhood. The cabin was also under ten minutes from the entrance to the national park. Rental Agency: Very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend this cabin. We would rent again.

Beautiful views & property: odd check-in process

The property and the views were beautiful. The check in process is very inconvenient. If you miss the 6pm regular check-in, you are expected to check-in the following business day. The hours of operation are the middle of the day. We were only in for the weekend, we did not bother to stop what we were doing just to check in. The apartment over the garage could use a big treatment. Our son tried to sleep in there apartment but had to come to the main house when he discovered multiple spiders in the unit.

Miller cousins vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, very private, good beds, clean house. Several things could be improved, there was only one towel and washcloth per person, and no laundry soap to do laundry with. So it would be nice if there was extra towels at the house. Check in would also be easier if we would just have a key entry instead of going to the office first. But like I said, we really enjoyed the place and the hot tub was awesome.

Great vacation

Really cute cabin in a nice neighborhood. Close to hiking trails and Smoky Mountain national park. The game room was fun and on a rainy day we played the board games that were provided in the cabin. We all had a great time.

Beautiful and spacious!

First Family Vacay was GREAT!

Overall, the trip was amazing. I've been to GB many times, and this is our first time staying with Volunteer. The pictures do not give this place the credit. The pictures make the place seem outdated, but it is not!!! The home is beautiful. Location was great! My only complaint is that it was not as clean as we'd like. Random pieces trash found in odd places and the hot water does not last for one shower. Otherwise, excellent stay!

Beautiful Property!

Great cabin and the game room was an added bonus! The kitchen was stocked, lots of towels, lots of seating and beds for a big group around the cabin. Only things that could be better is the toilet paper situation and there were some beetle type bugs crawling around in the basement.

Chalet on the hill

I was looking for a chalet that would sleep at least 10 senior adults. This building was ideal because we ended up with 7 adults (3 couples and a single lady. ) One couple was celebrating their anniversary, so they chose to take the apartment over the garage. The other two couples were on different levels and the single lady chose the top floor that had twin beds. We all enjoyed the living room area. The chalet was beautiful and was sort of isolated. Highly recommend this company.

Wonderful family cabin

My husband, son, and I spent the week with my parents. There was room to spare! The game room wasfun, and the porch had great views with lots of seating for all. The hottub was freshly cleaned and tye fire pit was well sticked with wood. Beautiful place.

check in was not that good.

Went to check in and was told that they didn't know when it would be ready. Check in was for 3:00 pm and we did not get to check in until 5:30. Was told that the cleaning people had an issue. Cabin was nice, could have been dusted, but nice.
