Beaches of Trinité (Cosmy, Raisiniers) and Tartane with surf spot 15 / 20 minutes away by car. In Tartane you can also hike the Caravelle or visit the ruins of the Château Dubuc.

Distance to Saint-Pierre, Carbet, Prêcheur: a good hour by car, same for the beaches of Marin, Sainte-Anne, Anse d'Arlets, a little less for Sainte-Luce, Trois-Ilets, Diamant. Distance to Fort-de-France: 25 to 45 min depending on traffic.

The apartment is not air-conditioned, but it is located on the heights of Vert-Pré, a hamlet known for its coolness and exposure to the trade winds. It is equipped with 2 powerful fans, one for each room, and a fan in the living room. There is a mosquito net for each bed.
