This bungalow is a quick 5 minute drive from campus and downtown and is a perfect mix of modern updates and classic comforts. Both beds (one King and one Queen) are both new as of November 2020. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains and soft, comfortable bedding.

The home has high speed wifi and 2 TVs with Roku and YouTube TV . We keep the home stocked with coffee and other hot drink options and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and accessories.

The space
The entire home is yours privately. There is an attic apartment with it's own private and separate entrance which is not a part of this listing and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. There are no shared spaces with the attic apartment.

Enjoy coffee in the covered front porch overlooking a fenced in large front yard.

Great stay

My family enjoyed their brief 2 day stay here and everything was good, consistent with the listing. I will say that locking the door takes some practice, haven't seen a door with that kind of mechanism for locking before.

Amazing Place!

This place was the PERFECT place for my daughter to stay for a weekend at Mizzou! The place is so wonderfully decorated and had all of the amenities you need! The property manager was very responsive. And the property was exactly as described and what a deal!!! We will definitely be renting again!

Great house to visit

Great little house for a weekend stay. Clean, big towels, comfy beds. Kitchen was well appointed and the living room was good for relaxing and watching TV.

Our time in Columbia!!

Wonderful stay and accommodation! From the location of the house, all of our traveling time was no more than 7-8 minutes apart! Very nice house and instructions were great! If ever going to Columbia again, I will definitely look this location up again

Basketball tournament

It was an excellent location close to everything but not in traffic. The house was very clean and comfortable, hostess was friendly, and we felt very at home. Would definitely stay there again if we ever had another event in Columbia.

Just the place we needed! Cozy and quaint. Everything you need is provided. Check in and out process is easy and seamless. Close to downtown and easily accessible. Would recommend and would stay again!

Our stay in Columbia

Very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our antiquing trip to Missouri. Safe, quiet neighborhood, close to several restaurants. Because of an early cold front, we found out the heater works great too :)

Location, location, location!

This was a great stay for the price, and the location was key! We had an event to attend at Mizzou and wanted to take advantage of the food and entertainment offered in downtown Columbia, and we were able to get to all of the above in less than 10 minutes from this charming rental. It's an older home so it has plenty of quirky nuances, but overall we were perfectly comfortable during our two night stay, and my elderly in-laws were happy to report they slept great as the beds were all comfy!

Loved this house!

This house was everything we were looking for. Nice 2 bedroom house with extremely comfortable beds. Lots of apps on the tv to accommodate for everyone. I was able to communicate with the owner whenever I needed something and she always responded quick! I will be booking this house again in the future.

Quick weekend

My son and I stayed here for MIZZOU summer orientation. The owner quickly responded to any inquiries. Shower water pressure is good, a/c was perfect, wifi strong. This neighborhood house is a quick 9 minute drive from campus, close to grocery store and restaurants. If you are looking for something outdoorsy to do, we rented bikes from Pedego and rode the MKT trail. So beautiful! Le Bao is a close restaurant for delicious Ramen, bao and steamed buns.

Older home with many quirks

The home is old with uneven hardwood floors. It was very dark inside. The only mirror to put on makeup was in the bathroom. There was a big mirror on the floor in a bedroom. It appeared to have fallen off the wall. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture was nice. Sheets and pillowcases were freshly washed but the area rugs appeared to be dirty. It was graduation weekend therefore the price per night was doubled. We won’t stay here again.

Comfortable home

My girlfriend and I loved our experience here. We felt safe and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and as-expected. Drive-way parking for at least 2 cars. Great communication from the host. Everything worked as intended. Lots of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, tea, coffee, bedding, pillows, throw blankets, and bath towels. We were even able to sign into our TV streaming service to watch TV in bed which was a treat for us :) Comfortable and to the point! The porch was a great place to enjoy the fall leaves changing colors.

Adequate

The house was cute, clean, and in a decent location but very old. Upon arrival the smoke detector was beeping and the owner was there within minutes to replace the battery. On the not so great side, there is an apartment upstairs with an outside entry. It was not in use the weekend we stayed thankfully. It was not mentioned in the listing so I assumed we had the whole house and would not have liked to have people upstairs or sharing the driveway. There is also an old falling apart "catio" (cat patio) structure on the back of the house outside one bedroom window which made for an ugly view. The bathroom is very small and the allotted towels for 3 people (women) was just barely adequate. Finding outlets to plug in all the various devices was a challenge - power strips in the bedrooms would be nice. Mirrors in the bedrooms would also be nice as one bathroom mirror was not enough for 3 women (we took the large mirror out of the closet and set it up on the dresser in one bedroom which was really helpful).

Cute, clean, enjoyable

We were in Columbia, MO for our son to play in an AJGA tournament. We wanted to stay in a VRBO to have more space for him to relax after hot days out on the golf course, as well as for me to be able to work "from home." This bungalow was perfect for us and we truly enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location that allows for easy commutes throughout Columbia. The only reason I rated the location and neighborhood a 4 is because I usually go for a jog between 5:30 - 6:00am and since this neighborhood is older, the bushes are larger and didn't seem as well lit, so I was on edge and worried about my safety jogging in an unfamiliar area.

Great place to stay near Mizzou!

This was a great place for our family of 4. Kids could spread out in King bed, parents cuddled in the Queen. Older home with great character, well maintained, tastefully decorated, & thoughtfully appointed- including Green Mountain coffee & Swiss Miss Keurig pods. Owners were responsive to questions, & we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I took pride in decorating the home, choosing comfortable bedding and making the home welcoming. We are always available, about 10 minutes away, but check in is no contact and we let you enjoy the place without interruption--unless you contact us with something we can help you with!
