Great place

We stayed for one week and enjoyed every day. Beautiful home, kitchen had everything what one could need. Especially we loved the terrace and large swimming pool. If I come back to Lanzarote, I would definitely choose same place

Relaxing family holiday

We stayed here with 2 teenagers, very relaxing break. The villa is amazing with superb views . Lovely local village. Car hire is essential. This is the perfect place for a relaxing break away from the tourist areas of the island

We absolutely loved our stay in Teguise! The house is perfectly located — away from all the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to easily reach all the main sights and attractions. The house itself is spacious, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. A true gem and a place we can wholeheartedly recommend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow!! What a great property. With views to the sea, east & south - fantastic for the sunrise.

The property is situated in the quiet village of Guatiza about 20 mins north of the airport. Close to many of the wonderful Manrique attractions, what more could you ask for? The only reason I didn't give 5 star was the swimming pool was to cold to use.

Thank you very much for your great comment. Feeling sorry that you couldn't use the pool that much. Pool is solar heated and has normally a good temperature for a swim. But unfortunately it has been some unpleasant weather during your stay. Nevertheless hope you enjoyed the time and we would be very happy to host you again.

Great property in quiet location with good local amenities

Really like the house, pool and garden. Very bright and airy, quite, and everything you need for a proper break. The property interior is beginning to show its age but everything is in order, working as expected and comfortable. Pool and Garden are also very well looked after. Sits in a quiet village, with shop and restaurants in walking distance. The sea is close, and some good walking / hiking trails at the front door. All of it makes for a very relaxing, stylish, holiday.

Diseño espectacular de la casa , muy amables . Hemos tenido 2 problemillas que nos han solucionado rápido. La zona es inmejorable para estar tranquilo y descansar .

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön hell und gut ausgestattet. Mit der Kommunikation hat alles gut geklappt. Dass im Ort fussläufig Restaurants erreichbar sind, hat uns gut gefallen.

Super maison, super vue, au calme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine l'endroit est magnifique la maison bien équipée. Seul bémol , la piscine était un peu froide et beaucoup de feuilles tombait dans la piscine. une bâche pour la nuit serait utile. .

Traumlage und tolle Ausstattung

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, traumhafter, unverbauter Blick auf Landschaft und Meer, sehr privat gelegen, von den Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Die Terrasse ist ziemlich windgeschützt bietet auch genug Platz zum Yoga machen. Der Einrichtungsstil ist modern und komfortabel, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders nett, dass es viele Gewürze etc. gibt. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem, nachts absolut still. Ausreichend Handtücher etc. vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß genug, um darin zu schwimmen oder Aquafitness zu machen, die Temperatur war im April manchmal noch recht frisch (ist nicht beheizt). Zum Einkaufen muss man etwas weiter fahren, aber alles ist recht schnell erreichbar und im Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler ist viel Platz. Sehr erhohlsamer Aufenthalt, man muss gar nicht immer etwas unternehmen, sondern kann einfach das Haus genießen!

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) haben im Juni eine Woche im Casa Armor Indiano verbracht und es war perfekt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage als Ausgangsort für die verschiedensten Ausflüge. In Guatiza selbst gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und die Einrichtung des Hauses ist exakt wie beschrieben: sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig, auch und gerade die Küchenausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus grandios. Die Kommunikation mit den Bergers vor Ort war unkompliziert und schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein Hauch Bauhaus abseits vom Massentourismus

Ein tolles Haus mit großartigem Blick aufs unweit entfernte Meer inmitten der Vulkanlandschaft abseits vom Massentourismus. Die große Fensterfront bietet einen spektakulären Blick, der langgezogene Pool erlaubt richtiges Schwimmen und nicht nur planschen, einzig den Gartenmöbeln hat die salzige Luft etwas zugesetzt. Und wenn man doch mal raus will, dann ist die zentrale Lage auf der Insel ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Complete Relaxation

With an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean to the left, and hills to the right, this location and house offered a stunningly serene atmosphere. It is perfectly situated about halfway up the eastern coast of Lanzarote away from the busy tourist towns, yet close to sites and areas that need to be explored. Everything you need is no longer than a 20 minute drive - local markets, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more. A definite 2 thumbs up!!

A wonderful stay in this magical place

We stayed here in Oct 21 after moving our original booking 3 times due to Covid. Christine was incredibly helpful and accommodating as we were reacting to changes in covid rules, so when we finally made it out, we were super excited to be there. The villa did not disappoint. It looks incredible in the pictures and is arguably even better in real life. Is it a unique property, beautifully designed to make the most of its position and one of the nicest holiday properties we have ever stayed in. The light floods in through enormous windows which give uninterrupted views to the sea and volcanoes. We got up each morning to watch the sun rise over the sea. You then keep the sun all day as it moves across the sky, before the stars emerge. It feels like a home rather than a holiday let and we were very comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off, or for a half decent swim. The area is very quiet, a few vocal dogs aside, and there are restaurants and a basic supermarket within walking distance, We also walked down to the coast from the villa which was about 30 mins where you can swim in a sea water pool. Otherwise everywhere is a relatively short drive away. In summary we loved it and will be back!

Privater erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr ansprechendes Haus, was ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wundervoller Blick aufs Meer mit absoluter Privatsphäre und Ruhe. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Art Hundepension oder Zwinger mit häufigem Bebell und Geheule. Die Polster auf der Terrasse könnten erneuert werden, da wetter-und nutzungsbedingt abgenutzt. Aufgrund unserer Sandsturm Situation war das Haus schnell voller Sand, daher unsere Empfehlung Türen schließen:-) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wer für den Urlaub ein schönes Haus, kunstsinnig eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage sucht, ist hier 100 % richtig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus ist von der Lage ,Ruhe, dem Ausblick und der sehr persönlichen Einrichtung einzigartig. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu Wünschen übrig, man kann 2 Schlafräume nicht abdunkeln, nichts desto trotz würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen.
