Sugar beach Resort unit# 336 is on the third floor. It has wash and dryer in the unit and free parking on the property. The property is perfect for watching the humpback whales play during the winter months and each evening as the Maui sun sets off in the distance. The long stretch of beach below is the Sugar Beach, which is perfect for morning or evening walks, playing in the sand or taking a dip to cool off. Swimming at the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, hanging out at the poolside or BBQing your delicious food on the grill with a view of the beautiful ocean and palm trees. This resort also has a Deli and bar on site. This resort is conveniently located in North Kihei, which is perfect for accessing all that Maui has to offer. From Ululani’s shave ice, ABC store and farmers market around the corner, also to quick access to highways leading to Lahaina, Kahului and beyond.

Everything about this condo was as stated and perfect. The view was amazing. We enjoyed beach walks, the aquarium, local food truck offerings, and Haleakala National Park was clear and stunning! We hope to visit Maui again as we didn't have time to explore all we hoped. We will stay here again ! Thank you for an amazing condo experience!

The beach view was awesome. The waves were literally laughing at the foot of our balcony. The condo was well appointed with two televisions strong showers and good aircon and fans in each room. The pool and hot tub were great except for the hot tub wasn't hot for about half of our stay. But everything else was so perfect we really loved it all. It is a little windy sometimes, but that's mother nature, nothing you can do about that.

Great location close to all you need but away from the crowds. Central access to everywhere on the island. We loved this condo and appreciated how well appointed it was. View was amazing.

Love Sugar Beach!

We love Sugar Beach! The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. When we ran out of a needed essential, it only took one call and it was taken care of. Thank you.The view from the deck is unbelievable. We had coffee every morning and cocktails every evening. Perfect!

Paradise--Would Stay Again!

Gorgeous views and wonderful ocean wave sounds. Great location on the northern edge of Kihei that's a short drive to the restaurants in town and the resort area and beaches of Wailea. The unit is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available. It's part of Sugar Beach Resort, which is beachfront on a fairly quiet part of the beach.

Beautiful view! Spotless condo with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. We've stayed at Sugar Beach Resort before and it's lovely. You can walk to the farmers market from there. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return

Great property and great location

Chris was great and very responsive during an issue with water coming in from above during a crazy storm. He was great to work with and the property was great.

Wonderful views

I would rent from this property again. It is amazing. IAnd, the property needs definitely reflector "markers" at the entry way. It is so difficult to see at night and narrow. Thanks. Mahalo!

Maui

Great location with beautiful view. Very comfortable bed but the sleeper sofa is not. Well appointed kitchen but there was no cooking basics like oil, condiments and spices, only salt and pepper and a few packs of sugar. Beach is awesome and the pool and hot tub were great. On site bar and grill is fun and has great drinks and the cook is good too. Great stay and I would recommend it for sure!

In a word, excellent!

We've been returning to Sugar Beach Resort for 14 years now, and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in. Everything was clean, the furniture was in good shape and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!

Liked property but watch out

Make sure you clean up before you leave or you get extra charge for not washing cloths or cleaning a spill in refigerator. Not sure why you pay 200.00 for clean up never had this ever happen in over 50 years. We cleaned & swept up before leaving.

Really enjoyed this area on the north end of Kihei. Very quiet, away from the noise of the more touristy areas yet easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach and the bay

Honeymoon in Kihei

It was amazing! Condo was very clean with a beautiful view right on the water. Looks exactly like pictures on the website. Had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, nice bed, patio etc. Close to downtown Kihei and many places to eat. We were looking for a special place to stay for our honeymoon and this place exceeded our expectations.We were able to sit on the patio every morning and evening and had the best view for sunrise and sunsets .Would definitely recommend staying here!
