Nuestra villa "Los Leudis" se encuentra encima de una pequeña colina, parcialmente cubierta de pinos, en un ambiente muy bonito con una vista magnífica a Moraira e al mar. La casa esta fuera de las calles principales en una calle lateral con muy poco tráfico. En 10 - 15 minutos se puede ir a pie a Moraira y las playas, y el próximo restaurante/ supermercado está a solo 400 metros.

La villa (aprox. 140 m2 ) tiene 2 dormitorios para 4 personas, 1 apartamento separado para 2 personas más en la planta baja, 3 baños( 2 en-suite), una cocina moderna con una habitación doméstica, una vivienda grande con salón-comedor, una terraza acristalada y varias terrazas exteriores, una piscina privada con ducha y una barbacoa, una cochera con llave en frente de la casa y un jardín subtropical.La villa fue amueblada íntimamente en un estilo alemán - español.La casa esta equipada con:calefacción central con agua caliente, televisión Smart por satélite con Netflix, YouTube etc., Internet/WLAN rapido, aire acondicionado en los 2 dormitorios arriba, radio con CD, DVD, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico grande con congelador, varias cafeteras, microondas, tostador, hornillo de huevos, plancha, ventiladores etc.
Asistencia in-situ.

Lovely stay

We have had a lovely week here, couldn’t have wanted for any more, Klaus and Rosemarie we so welcoming and always there if we needed anything. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Communications with Klaus - despite, as we found out later, his personal problems - were perfect. Entry to the Villa could not have been smoother. The Villa itself was clean, tidy and well stocked. It is in a traditional Spanish/German style and so could be considered old-fashioned by some but it has great, easily accessible WiFi and Smart TV and an up to date sound system. The rooms are of a good size and there is AC in each if needed - we didn’t.The view from the Villa from the seating areas is spectacular: of the mountains, the town and the sea. There is a well-stocked supermarket, French café, Bar/Restaurant and British Sports Bar within 5 mins stroll up a short incline. The town is 20 mins walk but I suggest every so often treating yourself to a taxi back as the hill to the Villa is no joke.We loved the Villa, its location and its facilities and its owners couldn’t have been better. If I had one criticism it would be that the water pressure for showers is variable. The water is hot but we couldn’t have more than one shower at a time and all other water usage had to be stopped to maximise that shower’s effectiveness. Scheduling got us round the issue but it would have been better if we didn’t have to use that ‘work around’.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this villa. The views from the villa are amazing and you are only 1.5km from the stunning coastline of Moraira. The villa has a wonderful sea view and a stunning valley view from one side as well. There is a supermarket approximately 5 mins walk alongside 2 English run pubs (if thats your thing). The area itself is beautiful and all the houses surrounding the villa are of the highest standard. Moraira is like a small French Riveria. If you are a foody you will also love here. There are no less than 11 restaraunts with at least 1 michelan star withing 15km. This uplifts all the restaurants in the area as it brings young talented chefs who open their own more affordable restaurants. Klaus who owns the villa is extremely helpful and his communication was always perfect. If you need anything Klaus only lives 5 mins away and hes always happy to help. Klaus is an absolute gentleman. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Todo fenomenal, la ubicacion, el pueblo y la casa preciosa sobre todo la zona exterior la más usada estos días que hemos pasado. Los anfitriones Klaus y Rosmeri muy atentos en todo , un encantó. Sin duda totalmente recomendable.

Villa bien située avec très belle vue, bien équipée, conforme aux images. Propriétaire attentionné qui résoud rapidement les problèmes/questionnements. Le ciment autrour de la piscine a besoin de peinture et les postes de télé annoncés ne sont pas tous disponibles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Moraira est une ville très plaisante: accès facile à tous les services sans être trop achalandée.

Perfect!

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Klaus en Rosi zijn de perfecte gastheer/gastvrouw. Het huis was zeer schoon bij aankomst. Heerlijke bedden en verder alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en het is heerlijk om je eigen zwembad te hebben. Een auto is wel een must. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag terug! Klaus en Rosi, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid.

Value for money and great location

This is a very good value property in a great location - walking distance to Moraira but be aware it’s up hill on the way home. Certainly need a car to do shopping and get your stuff to the beach. Very easy communication with the lovely owners who checked us in and showed us how things work. The villa is exactly as described and well equipped - some things are a little tired but everything works fine. (The towels were disappointing so if you like a big fluffy one take your own😁) The pool is clean and private with a large enough terrace and the view to the sea is good. If you’re looking for “modern luxury” it’s not for you but for most of us it will be a great place for a very enjoyable holiday 👍

Belle prestation.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines de vacances dans la villa "Los Leudis". Celle-ci est située dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et de Moraira et est bien équipée. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer. Rosi et Klaus (qui parle bien français) sont très accueillants et pleins d'attentions. Merci à eux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans ce lieu agréable et reposant. Thierry et Laurence.

Een Villa, de Eigenaren en een Lokatie waar je wilt blijven!

Tot ons geluk, zou blijken, vonden we middels Vrbo dit zalige woonparadijs, waar we ruim zes heerlijke weken hebben genoten! Hoogte punten zijn o.a.: -voortreffelijk gastheerschap van de eigenaren Klau en Rosi. -heerlijke vacantievilla op goede lokatie en met vrij uitzicht over Moraira en de zee. -compleet ingericht, verlicht zwembad, etcetera.. -erg mooie heuvellandschap als achterland. -heerlijke restaurants voor elk wat wils. -strand El Portet met terrassen! Beste Rosi en Klaus, tot volgend jaar in Los Leudis

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful views and the pool was amazing! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The stand out comment I would like to make is that this villa was spotlessly clean, clearly well maintained by the owners it was immaculate. We felt that it would benefit from some ac in the apartment room but we did stay in August and it was very hot. Also should not that you'd need to be pretty fit to make the beach in 10 minutes, even more so to make it back as it is up a hill. Overall we had a great holiday and thank the owners for such a wonderful place to stay.

Man möchte garnicht mehr weg

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Leudis ist der perfekte Urlaub. Die Betreuung von Rosi und Klaus Leutloff lässt keine Wünsche offen, und das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen und eindruckvollen Urlaub braucht. Alles im Haus macht einen hochwertigen und soliden Eindruck. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett. Sehr beeindruckend wenn man am beleuchteten Pool sitzen kann und den Tag ausklingen läßt. Was auch für einen Aufenthalt wichtig ist: man kann sich fußläaufig versorgen denn ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe, ebenso eine nette Bar und ein spanisches Restaurant. Wir haben uns für das kommende Jahr schon angemeldet, denn wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt in der Villa Leudis.

Super tolles Feriendomizil.

Meine Freundin und ich waren vom 15.05-31-5 in diesem wundervollen Feriendomizil und haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Ich war bereits zum 4 mal da vorher mit meinen Eltern und Geschwistern. Es ist immer wieder schön dort hin zukommen, denn es fehlt einfach nichts an dem Haus. Von innen bis außen einfach alles ist da. Auch der Standort ist perfekt. Wir können es immer wieder nur weiterempfehlen um einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen Definitiv wieder !

Schöne Villa

Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal einen unvergesslichen schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Diesmal hatten wir das Haus für sechs Personen gemietet. Unserer Bewertung vom letzten Jahr, zur gleichen Zeit, können wir wieder voll zustimmen. :) Wir hoffen, andere Familien haben einen genauso schönen Urlaub wie wir ihn hatten. Eine Villa zum verlieben.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienvilla mit super Ausblick. Wir eine 5-köpfige Familie haben einen schönen Urlaub in einem wirklich tollem Haus verlebt. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts!! Alles ist vorhanden. Erwähnenswert ist auch die schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Moraira. Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Alles TOPP! Die Villa liegt etwa 1.5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr hilfreich und freundlich das Vermieter Ehepaar Klaus und Rosemarie. Tolle Tipps und Anregungen zu Ausflügen. Moraira selber ist der ideale Urlaubsort für Familien und auch für Urlauber die nicht den großen Trubel brauchen. Auch Kulinarisch kommt hier jeder auf seine Kosten, bei einer reichlichen Anzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Bodegas. Moraira und dieses Haus haben es uns angetan. Wir werden wiederkommen,..............ganz sicher!!

Magnifique séjour a Los Leudis !

La villa est située sur une colline qui domine la baie de Moraira. Le quartier est calme . Des terrasses , on ne se lasse pas de la vue magnifique sur la mer. La villa est d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Klaus et Rosemarie et leurs petites attentions (boissons fraîches à l'arrivée ) Le centre ville et la plage sont à 1km. Une location idéale pour des vacances en famille. A recommander !!

Trés beau séjour et superbe villa

Notre famille a passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. Vous serez accueilli par le propriétaire 'Klaus' qui est d'une extrême gentillesse. La villa est tout à fait ce que représente les photos et se situe dans un quartier calme.; propre, bien exposée avec une vue magnifique sur Moraira et la mer ( 10 mn à pied ). La villa bénéficie de tous les équipements . Rien à dire sur la qualité pour cette location. Parfait pour séjour en famille.

Einfach spitze !

Wir waren im Mai für 9 Tage, davon 4 mit unseren 3 Erwachsenen Kindern, im "Los Leudis" und können nur bestätigen was auch die anderen Bewertungen aussagen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sogar die in Spanien sonst nicht vorhandene Knoblauchpresse gab es ! Besonders toll fanden wir den Service vom Vermieter, der uns zu unserer späten Ankunft kalte Getränke bereit gestellt hat. Wir können diese Villa zu 100 % weiter empfehlen und nur jedem sagen: Genießt den Ausblick aufs Meer.

Total Klasse !

Wir vier, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder hatten einen tollen schönen Urlaub im Oktober. Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, ruhig mit schönem Ausblick inklusive Meerblick (wie beschrieben u. bei den vorherigen Bewertungen auch schon erwähnt). Die Betreuung der Vermieter war hervorragend und man merkt das die Besitzer sehr viele Jahre selber in dem Haus gewohnt haben, denn es ist alles sehr durchdacht u. überlegt. ------ Einfach Perfekt----- Diese Ferien-Villa kann man nur weiter empfehlen u. wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen. ---- Die Eckernförder ----

Einfach perfekt

Wir waren nun schon zum 6. mal Gäste im Los Leudis und haben 3 wundervolle Wochen in Moraira verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Noch nie fanden wir eine so gut bestückte Küche vor. Alle Gegenstände im gesamten Haus und im Außenbereich sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum und mehr Meerblick geht nicht. Der Vermieter stand uns jederzeit -aber sehr diskret- zur Verfügung. Das Haus, die Lage, die Ausstattung: einfach perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ( 4,5 und 2,5 Jahre alt) die komplette Villa gebucht und erlebten einen einmalig schönen Urlaub. Schöne Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, gepflegt, toller Service. Gut geeignet für Familien. Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder gern
