Deer Valley with Mountain Views - Updated Interior, Minutes to Slopes, Downtown

Spacious and luxurious Lower Deer Valley Home with views of the slopes out both sides of the house. High end finishes and appliances with ample space for entertaining and family gatherings. Four king bedrooms plus a bunk room that sleeps 4, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa downstairs.

Wood burning fireplace inside, and a gas fireplace on the deck next to the hot tub. Brand new TVs, Sonos in-ceiling speakers, and 1GB wireless internet throughout the house. Three separate HVAC zones with humidity control for optimized comfort. Open space preserve behind the house constantly filled with deer, wild turkeys, and an occasional moose. Deer Valley shuttle system delivers you to/from the slopes. Less than 5 minutes to Deer Valley Resort or Downtown Park City.

The house is extremely well designed, offering privacy with the location of the 4 bedrooms yet an incredible gathering space with beautiful valley and mountain views. It is beautifully furnished and has everything a vacationer would need. It is immaculate, well located, and above our expectations. Truly a special place.

Amazing stay in Deer Valley

The property was just as described and easily accommodated our group of 10. Each area within the house allowed for kids and adults alike to enjoy the space. Views were spectacular. George is extremely responsive. Fantastic stay!

Great Summer Getaway, July 18-24

Wonderful home, very comfortable, and super convenient to Main Street and Deer Valley. Communication with the host was easy and responses were always timely. This was one of the most well appointed rentals we have seen. Plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies, tons of stocked coffee, and all of the cooking necessities that one would need. The kids certainly appreciated all of the toys, games, and the arcade. Thank you very much for such a great trip.

Fabulous upscale home

This property is 5 star. Perfect for multiple families. Kids had the whole downstairs while grown ups dined and relaxed upstairs. Bedrooms are all well appointed. House has a large dining and gathers space. Greatly appreciated the cooking pans, spices, dishes etc that come with the house. Amazing communication. 1 mile from DV. Loved!!!

Perfect winter vacation

The house was very well stocked from the kitchen to the garage where we found sleds for the kids. It was a perfect house for our 3 family winter vacation! Hopefully, we’ll be back again .

Views to die for

This property is everything! Our group included children and adults alike and we all absolutely loved this property. It is SPACIOUS and the pictures don’t even capture the beauty. Everything is so well thought out and appointed. There are two sets of washer and dryers with a small set in the master closet. The office space in the master is a special bonus as we had some that had to work while on vacation. We had more than enough room for our family of 10 and never felt like we were in each other’s way. Our favorite place in the evenings was the back patio where we saw the most beautiful sunsets while enjoying the hot tub!! George was very responsive any time we had questions. Additionally, this property was one of the most well stocked we’ve ever stayed in., down to tissue and laundry detergent. It is about a 7-10 minute drive to Park City Main Street and 5 minutes to Deer Valley. We would 100% stay here again! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Phenomenal!

George's magnificent home was a dream vacation rental for my family, including an 8 month old baby. Luxury all the way. Top notch everything from comfiest beds to Nespresso pods! Beautiful, SPACIOUS home, lovely sunsets on the back patio, including a visit from a mama moose and her baby. We hated to leave. Every positive adjective is appropriate here. Thank you George! The BEST!
