Oasis 3010 formerly known as Phoenix West II 3010



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' SMART TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a two queen beds and the 3rd bedroom also has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area and a rollaway bed providing sleeping accommodations for 13.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

I would choose the building again, excellent for families but would choose another unit. The unit was advertised as recently updated, that implies must more improvements such as carpet, appliances, mattresses, bedding, furniture and more. The only thing obviously new was the sectional in the living room. Must in the unit is dated and worn out.

Spring Break Family Trip

Condo is super nice as described in property details. Perfect location for quick store runs, beach access, and pool activities. A few cosmetics flaws and some linen was stained but overall would highly recommend.

Those mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago. The utensils looked to have been put up by dirty. We had to run a load in dishwasher upon arrival to have clean utensils.

This property is inaccurately described as being newly renovated. The property is average and could actually use some updating. There were several things specifically related to the unit that I will email to the property manager, but it was disappointing to see the mediocrity of the condo when we arrived.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a weird smell to it and overall seemed like it wasn’t very clean. Found random trash around the place and it just felt a bit dark and dingy. The couches and chairs were very worn and not comfortable and the TV remotes barely worked. Tried to get on Netflix on the tv in the living room and it’s such an outdated smart tv that Netflix and Disney+ are no longer supported on it. The building itself was fairly nice but we were a bit disappointed in the condo itself.

The check in and out process is hands off and very easy. Our stay would have been much better if the unit would have actually been cleaned and the living room tv actually worked. When we checked in I noticed the unit had a musty smell on top of cleaning product, think mildew smell mixed with fabuloso. The online listing shows completely different furnishings and the unit is not “newly updated” they switched out the dining room chairs for older looking ones than the photos show online and there is one sectional that appears to be newer, everything else is older and outdated. Living room tv worked for 30 minutes then refused to stay on longer than 5 minutes so it was unusable for the entire trip. I did have good experience with the property manager however and appreciate her help when I reached out with my concerns. We had to buy laundry supplies and launder all of the bedding as it had stains and a smell of other peoples perfume, after we washed it ourselves the perfume and stains were gone, clearly indicating the beds were not cleaned before we checked in just re made. The property itself only had 3 working elevators during our stay due to a transformer blowing before we checked in. I also found a used wine glass by the side of the master bedroom. The cleaning fee was refunded to us per the managers discretion which was very nice but please know that for the price paid the quality is subpar.

Great Place with Issues

My husband and I took our two adult sons, daughter in law and grandson for a week. The lay out is perfect for that group. It mostly appeared clean except two of the three bedroom bedspreads had visible dirt that you could pick off. Obviously we laundered all the bedding before sleeping on them . I was bothered by the fact that there were only two wine glasses for a place of that size?!!! Our grandson is still crawling and he was filthy after crawling around for the first time. So of course we had to mop the entire place too. Peeling paint on the master bath surround. Dated and dirty pulls in the kitchen. There were numerous champagne glasses but some had cracks in them. We still had a wonderful time, just wouldn’t choose this particular unit again.

Unit was in very good condition. We had 1 missing blanket in the master bedroom that was quickly resolved. Kids really liked the lazy river and pool slide. Beach was beautiful and water was very warm. Very close to restaurants shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this unit for future trips.

We parked 2 vehicles off site and asked if we could bring one in for 5 hours to pack and had to pay $60!!!!Need more elevators. Having handicapped person I would not suggest staying due to sometimes a 45 min wait.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at a place this big before. Loved all the amenities like the pool, water slide, gym and the outside café was fabulous except for the drink prices $14 for a small mixed drink is just ridiculous. I watched the bartender make a drink and she didn’t even put in the alcohol, I had to say something to her when she gave it to me. (She was very busy) but the food prices were great and the food was very good. We tried several different items on the menu and they were all wonderful.Did not like the waiting to get up to the room because of the overcrowded elevators. It took us over two hours to get our stuff up to the room because of the elevator situation. All week long the elevators were a pain. The beach was way over crowded than what we are used to. (which has nothing to do with the condo) The adult swimming area is nice, but it was also a pain because my grandkids could not come in and talk to us at all without security telling them they had to leave. One time there was kids yelling at their parents to get their attention which was more annoying than if you just let them in speak to the parents and then they had to get out of that area. Why do you have a grilling area but you don’t have any tables where people can sit down and eat, which is just crazy. We grilled food but then had to take it to our room on the 30th floor and with the elevators the way they work by the time we got the food upstairs it was cold, so the grilling area is a waste. I talk to the front desk several times when we first got there about the parking pass she was great. Another time we were talking to a man and a woman they were dismissive and rude.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only reason giving 4 star for general condition is the sliding door was very hard to open and close. The first night there as I was trying to close it it finally let loose to slide and my thumb got slammed in the door. The 4 stars on cleanliness is due to the comforters and extra blankets smelled like they hadn't been washed for awhile. The only other thing is I wish they left more Dishwasher tablets. They only give you one for your stay. Same with toilet paper and paper towels they give you 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen. They do tell you in the email they send the week before you get there that they just give you enough to start. Loved the ice make in the condo! The amenities were great! The food at the bar and grill was good! I would definitely stay again!

Majority of the outlets in the condo did not work, the bed sheets had more sand in them than what I would presume normal for a beach condo, it felt as if they had not been washed. My husband and I were the last of the 9 of us to leave. Checkout time was 10. We packed all of our things up the night before so we could sleep in on our last day of vacation. The checkout instructions said to send a text message when we were out. At about 9:20am someone rings the door bell. Before my husband could get to the door, there was the man who was going to be doing the cleaning standing in the condo. This made us feel pretty uncomfortable that he did not give us enough time to get to the door, he just assumed that we were already out of the condo. Outside of those things, everything else was fine.

Stepped on a loose screw that was laying in the carpet that was dropped from someone working on the condo before our stay. There was no pot holders. Learned that the hard way. Burnt my hand getting a dish out of the oven.
