RARE opportunity to stay in a 2nd floor Bay Creek model Coach Home in they Lakewood National community. This home has been professionally decorated and includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and large open floorplan. The rear lanai provides a breathtaking view and faces westward overlooking the tee boxes on Piper #12 and down the fairway of Piper #11.
Bedroom floors were upgraded to LVP in October 2023.
January/February/March must be booked together - and a discount will be provided if April is also included.
With a $640 membership transfer fee, you will have access to the club that is just steps away and from where the PGA TOUR (Korn Ferry) plays the Suncoast Classic tournament on one of the TWO CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES.* The pool scene is one of total relaxation and beauty - and also includes a pool side Tiki Restaurant where you can gather with friends and enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks. We purchased this property at Lakewood National because it offered an incredibly safe and clean environment for our family with young girls to visit. Our Coach Home will be professionally decorated and has the right amount of space for a larger family. The golf courses are exceptional and the pool is a perfect place to relax and get some sun. In addition, the Bradenton area has developed into a place where you never lack for services or dining options. And lastly, certainly not least, a "day at the beach" here means you're visiting the Nations #1 beaches (ranked that way several times). This property is just a perfect blend of all those things for us.
