Warm log cabin style home with plenty of space for friends and family . Great views of Dixville Notch from the front deck and living room windows. two spacious living rooms and a large finished basement. Jacuzzi bath tub in master bedroom and a moose named Gus! Plenty of parking, direct trail access for both Snowmobiling and ATV trails. We also ask that you take all your trash home with you as there is no trash pick up. We do not provide bedding and towels, you will need to bring your own.

We absolutely love this place. It’s our 2nd time renting for the week. Although we really wish the front of the property was mowed/brush hogged it didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time. The views are incredible.

The home was great! We had everything we needed, plenty of space and a beautiful view from the deck! Being able to ride right from the home was a major plus also. In addition, at the last minute, we had a very unexpected situation and Jim was very kind to accommodate us, which was much appreciated!

Check in was very easy. ATV access to the trails was awesome! Home was clean, kitchen was great size. Living area was so cozy. Loved the front porch. Bedrooms were great sized with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean but there was a lack of hot water as every shower ended up with cold water. Extra charge for bedding and towels (6 adults only 6 large towels) which was listed. Internet did not work but was told that it was accidentally cut and couldn’t get someone out before our stay. Overall stay was great.

Great location and place to stay to ride sxs

Beautiful house just as pictured, easy check in with great communication with the owner. Centrally located right on the ATV trails. May want to bring extra towels and washcloths as there was no wash clothes and only 1 towel per person for our 3 night stay. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying this beautiful house and property, will definitely stay again!

Second time staying in this house with our friend group! We said last year we plan to rent this house once a year for a riding trip. The house is amazing, clean, plenty of room and great views! The front porch is a perfect hangout spot and a great place to watch the sunrise. Direct access to ATV trails! Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Amazing host and home!

My spouse and a group of friends stayed at the cabin for easy access to the NH trail system. The cabin was extremely clean and very well setup with everything we could need. The only questions I had were answered very quickly by the host. We will return every year

Softball Tournament - Home Away from Home

Absolutely loved this house for a repeat stay! Perfect location with stunning views. Secluded yet close to everything. Quick little drive to IGA to get the groceries you need. We will be booking again.

Quiet Getaway Home

This lovely cabin was spacious providing all of the needed amenities for our annual friends and family NH getaway. It is set back with a beautiful view from the front deck and lots of wildlife. Trail access was at our front door and allowed us the option of riding north or south. No moose sightings this time only prints but there is always next time.

ATV Trip Perfection

The house has plenty of space for our group, was very comfortable, had incredible views, and as advertised had direct trail access. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful

Beautiful home. Bringing our linen was a bummer but manageable. I definitely got the impression that the house wasn't checked prior to our arrival. It wasn't filthy but there were dead bugs in the cupboards and window tracks. There was an ant problem. It was a little disturbing but it happens.

Our stay

Property was very nice, location was excellent. Bringing your own trash back home was a challenge. It was the first Vrbo rental I had done where we had to bring all linens, including hand towels for the bathrooms.

A long weekend....

We loved our stay, house is very spacious and comfortable....We plan on going back next year! Just wish the basement didn't have a musty smell. It's a finished basement, but we didn't use it.. It's great for the Side-by-side , ATV and snowmobile trails, right out the front door! But over all give this house a 5 star.....

Beautiful home!!

Beautiful property with nice views!! We have been coming up to this area for 25 years and this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. So roomy with plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen with multiple seating areas, and a large deck with a view! You won’t be disappointed!! We will definitely come back!!

Colebrook House

We had a wonderful time. House is amazing!! Being able to ATV right from the yard is awesome! House needs to be deep cleaned, dust on all the ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. we have rented the house in August for 3 years now and will definitely do so again. Thank you Jim!!

Extraordinary Cabin!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Jim was easy to communicate with. The location was great for ATVing. The house was big enough for all of us to be able to spread out and have a comfortable stay. I do wish that linens were included and the house could have been a bit cleaner. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay!
