We loved staying here! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We loved all the plants outside the door.

The apartment was spacious and nicely located in the old town. Parking and the steps to the 3rd floor could be a little challenging with luggage, which is to be expected considering it's location.

Great place to stay in Annecy! The beautiful apartment is in a perfect location right in the old town. Communication with the host is perfect and check in was easy. Can definitely recommend!

We loved our time in Annecy! The location of this rental was right in the historic district close to everything and a short walk to the lake. The little cafe at the entry to the rental is so charming. The owners were friendly and attentive! The fans were a huge help during the heat of the summer months.

The location of this apartment made our trip to Annecy unforgettable! The host was very communicative and friendly, and the amenities were just what we needed (especially the fans at night during the heatwave!). We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location. Very close to parking garage and in the middle of the historic section. My only complaint was that it was located on a busy (noisey) street. There was also a music school right across the street with them located on the same level as us. They played from 8:30 in the morning to 8:00 at night. Even with the windows closed the music came through. Not a place I would recommend if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the central location and the proximity to the parking garage. We are, however, surprised by your comments regarding the noise. This apartment has been welcoming guests for 14 years, and this is the first time we have received a complaint of this nature. The building is a historic property with very thick stone walls, and the apartment is particularly well insulated. The music school across the street is not a constant source of noise. Music lessons take place at certain times, and many of our guests have actually found the occasional sound of music quite pleasant. With the windows closed, the apartment is generally very quiet. The apartment is located in the heart of Annecy’s historic centre, which is one of its main attractions. As in any lively historic town centre, there can occasionally be sounds from the street, particularly during deliveries, street cleaning or other city activities. There are also busier streets nearby, especially around market days. We fully understand that everyone has a different sensitivity to sound, and we respect that. However, we felt it was important to provide this context, as the experience described in this review is quite different from what we have heard from our guests over the past 14 years.

This apartment was extremely clean and thoughtfully appointed - it was very pleasant living there. The location is great - quiet but close to everything a person could want. My host was terrific - helpful and easy to reach. I loved my time there.

It was a wonderful place to stay, but there were a lot of stairs. If you are 40 or under I would suggest staying here, but if you are older, the stairs are too difficult.

Perfect

This place was perfect. I had wanted to go to Annecy for years and finally came for my 50th. The apartment was right in the middle of old town and the market and tons of action. It was also quiet at night. The place is bigger than it looks and was great for myself, my husband and our two teenage boys. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Self check-in was easy, and the place has lots of charm. It’s also spic ‘n span clean. Great location, and I also had a chance to meet the owner, Dominique, who is very nice. Planning to book this apartment again next year.
