A 5-minute walk from SPA MARIN (Forum de la mer), the Renote Peninsula and 100m from the town center. This nice and comfortable apartment offers a breathtaking view of the „Baie Ste Anne“ whose scenery is constantly changing - depending on the state of the tides and the season.

Comprising: entrance – a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together - en suite bathroom (bath/shower, vanity unit and bathroom cabinet, towel dryer radiator) - separate toilet - a fitted-kitchen with an induction hob, oven , fridge with small freezer & microwave - a living/dining room with sea view and a large sunny conservatory with sea view which invites you to have breakfast or to eat a plate of seafood.

This nice and comfortable apartment of 53m2 with a sunny conservatory of 13m2 will seduce you with its SUPERB PANORAMIC SEA VIEW of „Baie Ste Anne“ and its EXCELLENT LOCATION – within a few minutes walk (100m) to the shops and restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches with its pink granite, (200m) to the „FORUM DE LA MER“, warm seawater swimmingpool and to the numerous hiking trails. The residence is located on the coastal path (GR 34) which will make you discover the magical setting of TREGASTEL.

Paradise on the Baie de Sainte-Anne

Beautiful 3rd-floor balcony looking out over the Baie de Sainte-Anne. Easy walk to market (Mondays), beaches and hikes around Ile Renote. Apartment is cozy; comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen small, but well equipped: induction stovetop, convection oven, small fridge. Only downside is limited counter that space makes food prep a challenge. Overall: Superb!

Relaxing, wonderful, appartment !

We had a most enjoyable week here in Tregastel. The appartment was very well maintained and equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the tide come in and out, and the sun rise in the mornings were fantastic. The scenery is spectacular along the coast from Tregastel to Ploumanach and we enjoyed many walks. Lannion market on Thursday morning is well worth a visit. Thank you Christiane for your hospitality we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Gill And Pete

Erholung pur!Nette kleine Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und schönem Blick auf die Sainte-Anne-Bucht. Toll dabei der Wintergarten der Wohnung, der es ermöglichte, dieses Panorama auch bei Regen zu genießen. Der fehlende WLAN-Anschluss hat nur zu Beginn gestört; ab dem 2. Tag haben wir die damit verbundene Ruhe vorbehaltlos schätzen gelernt.Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die auf Dauer doch recht unbequeme Sitzgruppe im Wintergarten sollte ersetzt werden durch 2 Liegestühle. So ließe sich der Erholungseffekt noch steigern!

Wir wurden zuvorkommend empfangenen und sehr gut betreut. Die Wohnung konnten wir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernehmen mit allem was dazu gehört und liegt zentral, ausserordentlich an einem ruhigen Standort.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit schönem Meerblick

Sehr nette aufmerksame Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf der überdachten Veranda kann man bei jedem Wetter den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Gute zentrale Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement tout confort et très propre, avec une vue superbe sur la baie de St Anne. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse quel que soit le temps grâce à la véranda, et c'est un vrai plus en Bretagne ou le temps peut être vite changeant ! Un parking privé, et un accès direct au sentier des douaniers pour les ballades et randonnées, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture... Une grande disponibilité de Christiane qui est très sympathique (merci pour les biscuits à notre arrivée !). Un bilan très positif !

Très bel appartement bien équipé situé au 3eme étage avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Sainte Anne. Balcon couvert bien orienté, immeuble très calme, proximité des commerces. Vom Balkon der Unterkunft hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Zweiraumwohnung in der 3. Etage ist gut geeignet für zwei Personen. Die rosa Granitküste ist zu Fußon in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.

In luftigen Höhen

Nachdem die Schwierigkeiten mit der Überweisung der 2.Rate an Fewo überwunden waren, ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Man thront im schönen Wintergarten hoch über der Meeresbucht (aus der sich bei Ebbe das Wasser zurückzieht). Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat sich bei Ankunft und Abfahrt sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen. Deutschsprachige Buchausgaben von Wieland, Goethe, Balzac und Wilhelm Busch in der Bibliothek!

Séjour à Tregastel, baie de Ste Anne

Excellentes ! Emplacement exceptionnel du logement face à la baie de Ste Anne. Rien à redire quant au logement et très bien accueillis par Christiane la propriétaire. Le petit bémol, 3ème étage sans ascenseur qui peut être un vrai problème pour les personnes à mobilité réduite...

Schöne Spätsommertage in Tregastel

Tregastel stand als Ziel fest, und die Wohnung wurde in erster Linie wegen der tollen Aussicht aufs Wasser gebucht. Ein Traum, zum Frühstück und Abendessen diesen Ausblick zu haben. Der Kontakt mit der netten deutschsprachigen Vermieterin lief problemlos und unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft (von unterwegs tel. vereinbart) bekamen wir neben der Einweisung in die Wohnung bereits viele hilfreiche Tips zum Einkaufen (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fisch etc.) und Kartenmaterial für Ausflüge. Es war eine rundum tolle Woche!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Trégastel

Sehr saubere und zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung in der Bucht von Trégastel. Alle Einrichtungen im Ort sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir ausgezeichnet betreut. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Ideale Lage, toller Blick

Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, die sowohl bei schönem Wetter als auch bei Regen einen fantastischen Blick gewährt. Frau Lissillour ist eine ideale Vermieterin, die auch nach und nach investiert. Baden, auch bei Ebbe, wandern durch die grandiose Felsenlandschaft der Granit Rose und all die kulinarischen Genüsse der Bretagne, was will man mehr.
