With 2 AC bedrooms and 1 super windy naturally cool sea-breeze master room .

The space

A very spacious, breezy oceanfront 3bhk large 2800 sq ft villa built before tsunami and stands strong to sea salt and moisture overcoming the waves, the sun, corrosion and a lot more!

What we love about our home is that the design allows 100% air circulation, ventilation and keeps the home cool at all times after 4pm as the sun sets on the other end allowing the sea breeze to cool the home down. We have inverter power backup for fans and lights.

3 attached baths, a large furnished living and dining with French windows opening into the spacious balcony having witnessed many movie shootings and weddings. Fridge, power backup and induction stove is provided with 10 plates and drinking water.

2 rooms are A/C fitted, but the seafacing room with French windows doesn't have an AC because it's a really chilly room after 4pm due to the cold natural cooling by the SEA BREEZE.

Guest access
All spaces of this entire villa.
Beach access from our compound is 5am to 8pm.

Other things to note
*TOWELS, DRINKING GLASSES/DISPOSABLES not being provided due to covid-19 hygeine.*

Please bring your disposable cups, plates, spoons, tissues, towels and toiletries.

*Soaps and shampoo available ON REQUEST with caretaker*

No gas stove. Only induction stove.

Please note that this location is nemmeli ECR near muttukaadu.

We have had only one bad incident with a guest who came from Delhi and booked without understanding this location properly and therefore for outstation guests or those new to Chennai city, please avoid booking this place without a clear conversation with me about location dynamics.
