Enjoy a mix of modern and peaceful at Three Bears and a Mountain HA302. You'll have the peace of the mountains with the conveniences of home at this lovely 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom end-unit townhouse in the heart of Gatlinburg! And with space for up to 6 guests, it's perfectly sized for a family or a few friends.

Conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, access to the community pool, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes meals and snacks easy. The loft features 2 twin beds, and there are flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms – plus private bathrooms.

Outside, enjoy gorgeous views of the Smokies and a view of the Ober Gatlinburg tram! Many guests have also enjoyed spotting bears from the deck as they chat, sip coffee, and enjoy the breeze.

Additionally, the townhouse is conveniently located close to all the amenities and attractions that Gatlinburg has to offer. Take a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking and exploring, or head into town for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area is also known for its skiing, snowboarding, and tubing during winter season. Guests can also easily access the nearby Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park, which offers year-round fun for all ages. With so much to see and do, Three Bears and a Mountain HA302 is the perfect choice for your next mountain getaway.

Loved the bears

The place was nice but it needed some minor updates. Location was beautiful from the back deck. Be sure to take I have the kids lock on click everything. Here's a setting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good condo, clean, up to date, good view. Narrow road on last .4 miles so be very very careful. Would not be a road I would want to meet traffic on, or travel in ice/snow. Saw bear from our Balcony as he was walking up road. He was checking out the locked garbage cans and then walked by pool to parking lot. The kiddy pool needed cleaning. Condo was super clean. Everything including Payment, check in and key code were done online. Office phones were answered during office hours. Enjoyed this stay very much.

Disappointed

Washing machine did not work. It made a terrible loud sound and pump was out. I had to hand wash my clothes for the week I was there. Toilet made a terrible loud sound so I had to turn the water off to sleep. Oven would not keep temperature. Attic door came open twice filling the room with attic smell and making it cold. Cabins for you was no help. I had to call 5-6 times to no avail and then they offer me $500 for a future stay. I hope there will never be a future stay. You need to go through your units and make them worth the price you are charging. I will attempt to rent from actual owners from here on. You are only a number when renting from these management companies.

Great condo, great location!

My family and I stayed for a few nights while hiking in the Smokies. The condo is perfect, lots of space with the two main bedrooms and loft. Very nicely decorated, extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. The balcony off the back is lovely and we enjoyed the community pool! It is pretty high up in the mountain so a bit of a winding drive from downtown Gatlinburg.

34 Anniversary Trip

Beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Whole condo was so clean and comfortable. Very nice big balcony with a great view!! Will definitely consider renting again!!
