Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat to rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 200 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from 1 July to 31 August
- A 4.50 m² west-facing balcony accessible from the living room. A table, two chairs and two deckchairs are available.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 100 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement
