PK Lake Cabin is a relaxing retreat after a day at the lake

Enjoy the lake life during the day and relaxing in the evenings under the stars. A place to gather friends, have a family reunions or even bring the family while you go fishing or golfing. The private pool is gated and has a cabana area with a grill and picnic table. The yard is large enough for kickball, horse shoes and croquet.

PK Lake Cabin has been reinvented to be a home away from home for you and your loved ones. Downstairs is the master suite with a private bath and another bedroom with a king bed and a guest bath. Downstairs also includes the living with a Smart TV, dining, kitchen and laundry area. Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and bath plus across the open hallway is a bunk bedroom with a Smart TV and two bunk beds for small children.

Great getaway! Highly recommend!

We had a great time! It was clean, quiet, and so fun! Great location. Enjoyed swimming, grilling, horse shoes, corn hole, going to the lake, lunch at Mary’s in Strawn, and playing games. Perfect weekend away with family and friends.

The perfect house!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were in town for a tournament at Rocker B and stayed here with 2 families and the place fit us all perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and patio everyday! Would recommend this place 100%We all loved the beds here too, they were so comfy!

Everything we needed for our two families to stay and enjoy. Pool, amenities and everything we needed was there. Little store nearby as well. Check out was easy and great communication from the owner. Thanks again!

Great place and peaceful property!

Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The house and entire property were clean with plenty of linens, trashbags, and household supplies. The outdoor area is fantastic and well kept. It was a great stay for us on our baseball weekend at Rocker B!

Amazing property with wonderful hosts. They were super responsive, when needed. The property was exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Place is great

We had our family reunion and played all day at Possum Kingdom Lake! Short drive! Lots of room to park boat and other vehicles! Lots of things to do Swim, corn hole, Horseshoes, Games!!

Everything about the house was wonderful. We especially loved the pool with the sunbathing area going gradually to deeper water. For us, the tall safety fence was a great piece of mind with small grandkids. All our meals were eaten under the covered patio by the pool! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was always a place to find some quiet time. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful. There's also a small grocery store/cafe just a short walk from the property for things that might have been forgotten. We feel like this is a place we will return to in the next few years!!

Family vacation

Had family from NOLA and East Texas meet me here. We had a wonderful time. This was my 2nd time staying here and once again it was great. Very quite and peaceful, kids loved the pool and the adults could sit next to it in the shade. The house was plenty big enough that 4 adults and 5 kids were comfortable. Teresa is a wonderful hostess and I plan on going back.

The perfect getaway

This property was exactly what we needed. We are three couples who meet up once a year and usually just hang out, so where we stay is important. This place was great—clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable, large kitchen, extra fridge, good AC, nice pool, and so on. Host was responsive. Top notch.

Family time and Baseball

We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. Our stay at PK Lake Cabin was perfect! We were close enough for baseball, but also able to get away and relax. The house is a great size with a large open and stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We would love to return! Host responded to communication quickly.

The property was just add listed. The kitchen was stock with soices, plates, glasses, pots pan actually well stocked for a VRBO. The pool is beautiful! I had to contact the owner because I forgot my pass code and she replied in a very timely manner. I Would highly recommend this rental..would rec

Family Time

We were able to get all the family together for a 3 day Labor Day weekend . It’s peaceful , and quiet . It’s a great location and the house has everything you need . It’s also very clean and it’s great for all the young ones to run around outside . Your own private pool and outdoor cover is a major plus . The lake is not far away . If your looking for some relaxation , and some time away from city , I highly recommend this house and location .

A great escape from the hustle and bustle

The property is just as described with plenty of room for everyone. We spent the majority of every day in the pool and appreciated the large tanning ledge where the toddlers in our group could play. The large wraparound porch was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and our evening happy hour and because the porch literally wraps around the entire house, it was a great place for the kids to chase each other. The bedroom layout worked well for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. Watching the longhorns next door and enjoying the colorful wildflowers were added bonuses.

Great and Fun Property

We had a great time at the property and on the lake. The house has plenty of room (there were 8 of us) and is just a few minutes from Bluff Creek Marina. We took our ski boat and rented a slip at the marina which made for a great experience on the lake. The onsite pool provided an escape from the Texas heat and our we enjoyed seeing cattle through the property fence. It's also very close to a small market/ store and within 20m of some nice shops. There is a concert venue just across the pasture and it was a bit loud late into the night, this didn't bother us much, but is worth noting if you have small kids and they need to get to sleep early. We plan on going back soon... highly recommend.

Awesome!

This was our second yet to stay t this glorious getaway! We love everything about this property! We have two daughters, one son-in-law (one couldn’t make it), and five beautiful grandchildren. There’s an upstairs where the grands stayed, and a bedroom w/bath at the end of the loft that runs between. The kitchen has everything and the laundry room has an extra refrigerator we didn’t have last year that kept all our drinks and extra food. The pool is wonderful and games available but we didn’t take advantage of because of the heat. If possible, we’ll make it a yearly trip.
