Light and bright 2 bedroom / 2 bath end unit with lovely views from the west, east, and south exposures. Unit faces a lake and is on the second floor, with an elevator just steps from your door. It is a short drive or bike ride to the beach and many excellent restaurants and shops.
The unit has approximately 1500 square feet of well maintained living space, and is tastefully turnkey furnished. The split floor plan offers privacy for all guests. Both the master and the guest bedrooms have a queen bed, and the master has a walk in closet.
The well equipped kitchen has an eat in breakfast nook, and there is also a more formal dining area. A full sized washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The den is comfortably furnished and includes a large flat screen TV.
The community pool is just steps away, and has a jacuzzi, changing area and restrooms. Enjoy evening cocktails on the west facing screened lanai, which offers lake views. Binoculars are included for up-close viewing of the turtles, egrets, otters, birds and other wildlife.
The unit is in a 24-hour guard gated community, and is one of several communities within the Wiggins Bay Yacht and Racquet Club.
