Positives:Sophie is super-responsive and even allowed us to check-in a little early. The listing is very accurate and there was even a Christmas tree. The kitchen is well stocked and there was a cabinet of kids games and a high chair. There are three markets within a short walk and a great chocolatier close by. There are drying lines in the boiler room, so the washing dries within a day in winter. The one car garage is great as street parking was nearly never available.Things to consider:There are interior cameras that we are told are off, but how does one know? These are not allowed in the US by short term rental hosts, but perhaps things are different in France. Not in the listing, the hot water is programmed to be off from 11pm to 6:30am, so if you need a late night or early morning bath/shower, it will be a cold one. In the winter, you might find the interior cold and you won't be able to adjust the temperature. I would have paid another 20 euros a night to be able to raise the temp 1-2 degrees celsius.Annecy is a beautiful town and I think this would be a wonderful place to stay in the summer (and in the winter too if you are warm-natured).
