Climate is dry and this south area of Montenegro is sometimes called wild nature as many places nearby are still intact.
Our Holiday house is just 3 minute walk from the beach! Its best location and panorama sea view in the area. This was the first Holiday house built in Utjeha area and therefore has its own wonderful memories of all occupants since. Capacity is 16 persons in total.
There are 3 independent apartments with 3 terrace, all equipped with all occupants would needs from preparing food to getting their laundry done. Available: WiFi, A/C, parking. All terraces have the best sea view. Holiday House includes 7 bedrooms, 3 living room area, 3 bathroom and 3 kitchen that communicate with terrace. There is summer outside kitchen as well. There is a small garden in front of the house with Mediterranean plants and a fig tree. Common terrace have shower, Jacuzzi, sunbeds and beach sea view.
Parking place located at the back of the house is free.
The small resort Utjeha has been located 11km from Bar, and 50km from Podgorica airport and is easily accessible via the Adriatic coastal road. It is also 12km from very south municipality and old town Ulcinj, and 10 more minutes drive to Popular nude beach Ada Bojana. Famous Kotor bay is 80km away, Budva 60km.
Our beach Utjeha is made of white stone pebbles and it’s one of very few beaches on Montenegrins coast which got `Blue Flag`, the highest coastal ranking.
This is wonderfully, charming, romantic place with crystal, clear, blue sea water. Affordable prices of drinks, food, nightlife are an additional reasons to come and enjoy your vacation time.
Our apartment is great base where from, you can visit Ada Bojana, lake Skadar, Lake Karuc, Budva, Kotor bay, mountains Lovcen, Durmitor , Zabljak, Tara,...

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This is not a house, it is a story about the glory of one women and her passion and about one Captain.
Once upon a time, more than half a century ago, in a wild nature, in the mountains coming out of the sea, there was a tiny sea village called Bushat. Later on, God knows why, the name of the village changed to Utjeha (comfort).
Once upon a time, as I was told, one woman stepped on this land in the very south of Montenegro ... She has found a wild beauty of nature but also many snakes, no water, no road! Grand ant Slava (glory), who knew about the plan for the roads to be built there, retraced the owner of the land and purchased it! Then, she brought some more plots, as she wanted her family and friends to be her neighbors ... And that's where the history began, following the lives of its family, starting with the grand-ant and grandpa (God bless them, we are grateful!) who lovingly built the small house for their grandson Capt.Boban.
I've told you – this is not just an ordinary cottage on the coast of Montenegro... this is a tale to be told...
Now, a small modest project of renovation has started ... Wall project with photos from the '60s till nowadays will be telling this story every day to all of the occupants and all dear guests who will be passing by... This story will paint every day in GOLD... And this is to be a tale of the golden age. "Once upon a time there was a great, modest, dear, and loving lady called Slava...
During renovation process Capt.Boban just simply installed soul and boat parts directly in the house. This house could tell you a lot of amazing stories of survival on the open, wild sea.

It could be maybe called House of Boat, Freedom, Glory, and Peace...
