Property was well maintained and extremely clean. Excellent location within walking distance of the beach and Village. My boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several Mango Snappers, Channel Cats, and Snook! Beds were super comfy. I even eneded up asking the host for mattress information! It was a perfect stay!

Family Beach Trip

We had a great time in Siesta Key ( even though we had rainy weather for most of the week!) We went to the beach. We grilled out. We swam in the pool. My husband and I used the Kayaks. Mimi was a great host, and the house was just as pictured

Summertime Beach Getaway

Perfect spot for our family - we had everything we needed, including space for our family of five. I really appreciated all of the beach gear, including wagons and carts to haul it all. We had a great time!

Great House and Location

Mimi, the house owner, met us at the house, gave us a tour and was very helpful. The house was perfect for our family of five! Very clean, and was exactly as the pictures showed. Would definitely be going back!

Heaven in Siesta Key

Mimi was a wonderful host, and responsive to our requests. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the canal , and kayaking. The pool was great!

Great outdoor space on canal

Siesta Key House was a great place for our family of 6. Grandkids enjoyed the pool as did the adults! 10 minute walk to the beach entrance was great also. Mimi met us on arrival and explained everything!

Fun times in Siesta Key!

Convenient to everything! Short walk to the beach! We loved the pool. It was fun kayaking Palm Island. The house was clean & had everything we needed!

This house was a primary reason we had such a great week of vacation. Check in and first day were easy after a quick tour from Mimi. The house was spotless and ready for our arrival. We usually try to drive for vacation so we have all our beach items, but while we flew this time it wasn't an issue, all the things you need are already there. The kitchen was fully set up and we made plenty of meals for all of us. The ammenities with the pool (which was bigger and deeper than the pics show which was nice), hot tub (almost brand new), covered lanai, dock to fish the canal, wifi (super fast and could easily stream movies), and kayaks were all super fun. But the garage is the best, it had everything we needed for a great day at the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels, floats, coolers, and a wagon and cart to make the five minute walk to the beach super easy. Good tip for the beach, use access 11 but then go right a minute or two and you will have all the space you want even on the busiest beach days. We also loved the bikes, they were easy to ride and can get you to the shops in only a few minutes for shopping, dinner, etc. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone headed for Siesta Key!

Great vacation rental!

Our family had a great time at this house. We actually spent most of our time here enjoying the pool, and yard. The house has everything you need to relax at the house or to take a short stroll to the beach. I would 100% recommend staying here, it’s a short walk to the beach, and very close to the village. Mimi was extremely hospitable and we even got to meet her beautiful pup on check in!

We absolutely loved our family's stay. I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could Mimi was a fabulous hostess, very helpful if you need anything. The pictures are beautiful because the property is so beautiful. The location was amazing - so close to the beach and the village We used the bikes (assortment for all ages) daily, and we loved the kayaks. The home is comfortable, super clean.very homey. with all the amenities you could want. We will definitely stay here again when we travel this way.

Love this house!

This is our 3rd year renting this house for our Florida visit. The house is well maintained, it is close to the beach, has a pool and Jacuzzi, has a boat dock where we can dock the boat we rent for the week, has bikes, kayaks, ping pong and a wonderful outside porch to sit and watch the rain. It is in a nice quite section and super close to the town. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Mimi is such a gracious host. She really cares about her guests and was always available for any questions or needs. The home is so relaxing and inviting and the amenities are amazing ! We enjoyed kayaking in the canal behind the house and the beach is absolutely beautiful! We even were able to view manatees including a momma and baby manatee in the canal right in the backyard! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I strive to provide a great vacation spot with many ammenities and great service. Holidays are a special time for ourselves and our families, so I keep this in mind and give attention to details. I continuously make improvements to the house to keep it beautiful and fun. I've lived in Sarasota since 1981. I speak English, Spanish, Un Peu De Français.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is very comfortable and only a few minutes walk to Siesta beach- which was ranked #1 in the USA in 2015, 2014 and 2011. The house is also on the Grand Canal- so you have waterfront and can kayak, or canoe through the canals which lead to the Inter-Coastal Waterways. Or, you can rent a boat and tie up to the dock. A private pool and extensive deck, which faces the sun all day, will make your holiday even more special.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Walk to beach- only 1.5 blocks (5 minutes). On the water- 125' on the Grand Canal- 2 kayaks provided and 1 canoe, or you can rent an boat and tie up. The canal is also fun for fishing right from the dock! The Siesta Key Village is not far- only 20 minutes walk, so you can have dinner at the local restaurants and pubs ,and maybe a Happy-Hour, and then have a nice leisure walk back home- or ride the bikes provided!
