Consider yourself Lucky Enough to find this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin rental in the Great Smoky Mountains of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This classic log cabin also offers homey conveniences, and it's pet friendly, so Fido can come along for a memorable vacation with YOU!

Splash in outdoor and indoor community pools and play mini-golf within Bear Creek Crossing Resort. Host game nights in the rec loft that features air hockey, pool, shuffleboard, darts, and arcade games! Get cozy in the living room and watch DVDs on the big screen TV with a crackling fire in the stacked stone (electric) fireplace. Hungry? Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or whip up dishes on the gas grill. You can dine at the picnic table on the wraparound deck or set the tables inside.

After dining together, playing games, sipping wine on the porch swing, and enjoying a hot tub soak with serene views of the towering trees and seasonal views of the mountains (best seen in winter), slip away to your suite. Each bedroom offers a king-size log bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom even has an indoor jetted tub for bubble baths in the Smokies! At Lucky Enough, you'll also have 2 queen sleepers, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a paved driveway with parking for 3 to make your stay more comfortable.

Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

Could be awesome

Rented for the specific game room. Only 2 darts (we went and bought our own so we could play), air hockey handle things were broken and the video game so dim you really couldn't play. Bed pretty worn out.. back hurt terribly and my back never hurts. Terrible wifi but we also had to hook it up it was completely disconnected upon arrival. So I liked the cabin, but if it all worked it would have been amazing.

While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed aspects of the cabin, we regret to hear that items in the game room were not working, especially when you chose this cabin because of the game room, there were only two darts to play with and you had to go to the store to purchase your own, the beds were uncomfortable, and that you were having issues with the WiFi. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to encounter the reported issues, especially on what was supposed to be your getaway, and while we wish we had the opportunity to resolve these issues promptly during your stay, we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can have the appropriate departments address them promptly. We would love the opportunity to host a more enjoyable stay for you on your next trip to the Smokies in the near future.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, dark, dirty and poor management

Dark, dirty, dusty, moldy, bed bugs, cockroaches and broken washer/dryer. Fun fact… bed bugs like to live in wood… like wood headboards. Didn’t know that until this trip. Long story short, husband and toddler had an extreme allergic reaction to bed bug bites. Reported to the management call center and didn’t hear a reply for 4 hours. After pest control comes and confirms the infestation, they call and offer 20% back if we stay or 50% if we check out that day. Won’t offer us another place to stay because we are “contaminated”. Asked that they reimburse us for the pain and suffering, as well as the medicine I had to rush and buy (let alone a COVID test because we didn’t know why they had a raging fever), and cleaning supplies- management only offer $25 gift card. Medicine for both husband, child and cleaning supplies were over $50. They also couldn’t recommend another place for us to go. Where are you going to go last minute, with 2 dogs, toddler and husband who (mind you) are sick. Found out after I spoke with them, that the washing machine doesn’t get hot and the dryer doesn’t work. Which is crucial for killing bed bugs. Then found the cockroach climbing all over the counters. Dishes were dirty. Dishwasher had food and hair in the trap. Bathrooms had spider webs, bugs, stained tub, moldy shower curtains. Dust on all the woodwork. And everything was DARK. So hard to see even in the day. Missing lightbulbs in the lamps also didn’t help. Still waiting on our bed bug refund as I’m writing this and it’s been 10 business days. They need to improve their cleaning and turn over to make sure things are clean. Came home and had to leave our clothes out in the sun while I slowly washed everything, too afraid to bring bed bugs into my home. Completely disappointed and disgusted in how we were treated. Stay away!

While we certainly never want our guests to deal with bed bugs, they do happen and we have strict protocols in place when they are discovered. In this case, we were able to discuss the available options to you and a resolution was agreed upon. Again, we do apologize for the dismay this situation caused you and your family, and we understand how frustrating and alarming it was. While we understand you may choose to stay elsewhere in the future, we hope you and your family will be able to return to enjoy the Smokies again.

Vacaciones

No me gusta hacer esto pero realmente necesito hacerlo, la cabaña es hermosa y el lugar donde está es hermoso también, la cabaña tiene un gran salón de juegos y los cuartos son espaciosos, pero la Limpiesa es un desastre yo fui con niños y eso es una de las cosas que más miro, la casa estaba llena de tierra en las esquinas, las cortinas del baño con moho y las bañeras sucias, las alfombras del baño negras de tierra, las tazas todas manchadas y polvo por doquier. Creo que deberían cuidar de eso porque realmente tienen una hermosa propiedad.

Calvin and location was great . Communication with host was awful.

Beautiful area , cabin very clean and spacious . However failed to received key code for cabin and had to sit on hold with customer service for 20 minutes . Also had to call back to find out where to get mini golf clubs and they said they had no idea where to pick them up , we later found them inside our cabin so my bad on my part but customer service should know this info .

Family Spring Break

Property location was great. Away from the traffic and noise yet close to all the attractions. The putt putt, pool, and field was great for afternoons/nights once home. The cabin was nice with the games and hot tub, however the couch, bedding, and towels were old/shabby and needed an update. I also thought that it was a little ridiculous that a family of 5 staying for four days would only be given only one extra trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and just the toilet paper that was on the roll. Would have been nice to have known that we should have brought our own. The big tub and shower in master were not very clean and the toilet in the master needs to be tightened to the floor as it was “rocking.” Also, I saw many comments in guest book that said that the air hockey table didn’t work. My 9 year old figured out that you have to turn the switch to on then hold down the red button till air turns on. I would have made a sign for it but didn’t find paper or something to write with.
