Beverly, thank you so much for your honest feedback. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive at the resort pool only to realize a pool pass is needed for entry. We're working diligently with the departments directly involved and the HOA to receive these and apologize for the inconvenience. Though we're glad you could enjoy some aspects of your cabin, we do understand your frustration overall. We hate there was any miscommunication on what is provided in our properties. We only supply the stater amount of necessities, one towel and washcloth per how many the cabin sleeps, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and the tank for the gas grill; however, we do not supply the propane. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we will notify the appropriate personnel for an immediate inspection of the property. We would love to host a more enjoyable stay for you in the future, as this is not the Smoky Mountain experience we hoped to provide.

We are so sorry to hear that you encountered so many issues during your stay that prevented you from enjoying what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, Anne. Poor signal in the mountains is frustrating enough and then having issues with the HVAC, a challenge with the driveway, and a scary encounter with the bears must have been so upsetting and we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience you faced. While we're glad that we were able to get maintenance out initially to address the HVAC, unfortunately, the issue persisted and required a vendor. This is certainly not the norm for us, nor is this how we want you to spend your time with us. We have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate departments for further review, and we, again, are truly sorry this has happened. We would love to have the opportunity to host a more enjoyable, flawless stay for you and your guests in the near future.
