Villa Roméo offers 4 air-conditioned mini-villas*** for rent for 2-4 people in a large property located in a private and residential domain, ideal for relaxation, 800 m from the Croisette beach and 2 km from the lively town center of Sainte-Maxime.

Recently built and identically furnished, each mini-villa offers an area of 52 m². You benefit from careful decoration, a large terrace not overlooked and all the equipment necessary for your comfort:

- a bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, large closet, television, bay window with electric roller shutter opening onto a private terrace

- a living room with convertible sofa (160 x 200), coffee table, dining table, television and an electric roller shutter to completely obscure the room

- an open kitchen with snack area, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster as well as all the crockery and appliances necessary for preparing meals

- a bathroom with bathtub/shower, storage unit and hairdryer

- an independent toilet

- a terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol

- free Wi-Fi

You can swim in a large 16 x 9 m swimming pool, enjoy the jacuzzi and the large beach which surrounds the swimming pool while relaxing in the deckchairs or playing badminton on the wooden terrace.

When you arrive, the beds are made: sheets and towels are included in the rental price. You share a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (with participation). Please note that a mandatory cleaning fee of €60 will be payable, in addition to the rental fees, regardless of the length of the stay.

Various services are offered for an additional fee: breakfasts by the pool, barbecue evenings, traditional and electric bike rental.

For families, there is also the possibility of providing a baby bed and a high chair free of charge.

The town of Sainte-Maxime also offers many entertainments: open-air concerts, casino, cinema, night market, water sports, sailing base, walks on the coastal path, cycle path, mountain bike area, treetop adventure course, Aqualand , amusement park…

You are close to the many beaches of Sainte-Maxime and you have the possibility of reaching Saint-Tropez (14 km) by the maritime shuttle.

Our mini-villa is rented for a minimum of 2 nights. The price varies from 110 euros per night in low season (from mid-November to the end of March) to 250 euros per night in very high season (July/August) + the obligatory cleaning fee of €60. In July/August, rental is priority from Saturday to Saturday.
