Provençal house in the heart of Sanary, with a private garden and pool

Our house is one of the few in Sanary rated 4 stars by Var Tourisme.<br><br>You will see on the map that it is located in the heart of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and shops.<br><br>It is however quiet as it faces due west towards interior gardens.<br><br>Your car will be useless and it can stay in the garage for the duration of your stay! You can do everything on foot or by bike!<br><br>Possibility to accommodate 6 to 8 people with sofa bed in the living room. Complete renovation carried out in 2008 in order to preserve the Provençal character, lime plaster on the facades and roof in aged hollow canal tiles.<br><br>3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and the third with 2 single beds; all beds were changed in 2019.<br><br>Shower room and bathroom upstairs.<br><br>3 toilets including 1 on the first floor.<br><br>Open-plan kitchen with fridge freezer, capacity 317 L, 86 L<br><br>Reversible air conditioning throughout the house, pleasant on hot days, particularly quiet.<br><br>Dining table on terrace where we have all our meals. View of the garden and beyond of the neighborhood, with a large and magnificent olive tree.
