River Song Condo - Listen to the River from your private balcony!

ELEVATOR WILL BE UNAVAILABLE 2/16-4/1/26 DUE TO UPGRADES.

Rates are reduced for that time as you would have to take 7 flights of stairs to access the condo.

Our rustic condo is located on the top floor of Cedar Lodge Resort on the West Prong of the Little Pigeon Forge River. You can watch and hear the water flowing over the rocks from your private balcony. You can also see The Island's Ferris wheel lit up at night and the fireworks from Dollywood. From the front balcony you have an amazing view of Mt. LeConte.

Our condo is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. The Island is five minutes away, Dollywood is 7 minutes away and the Ripleys Aquarium in downtown Gatlinburg is only 12 minutes away.

We have decorated the condo with natural log beds, a log dining table and rustic décor so you get a cabin feel with incredible views, while being located in the middle of all the action and avoiding steep roads. We also have a multi-arcade game for the kids, but adults will enjoy some of their favorite games as well.

There are several restaurants, and trolley stops within walking distance of the condo and if you decide to stay in, we have a 65" flat screen tv for your entertainment.
You can buy a fishing license and catch rainbow trout, small mouth bass and other fish from the river behind your condo.

We had a wonderful trip. The host was quick to answer my many questions and give us some additional tourist information. The condo was spacious, everything clean and in shape. We enjoyed the condo and the privacy. Will definitely use this condo on our next trip. Thank you.

Stayed here to visit Dollywood. Perfect location. Super easy drive to the park, and convenient location to parkway. Room was comfortable, as were the beds. Very clean.

Our stay was wonderful! The bear theme was cool throughout the condominium! The living room furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the On Demand movie choices for end of the day movie watching! Enjoyed playing the classic video games too!!! The entire condominium was very clean! King bed was super comfortable! Loved the jacuzzi tub/shower! The views of the Smokey Mountains out the front door were spectacular. Also enjoyed the sound of the river on the back deck. We were able to take advantage of the pool multiple times over the week stay. The heated pool temperature was ideal! Location allowed us to walk to Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Also took advantage of the several breakfast restaurants also very much within walking distance. Loved it!

Wonderful!

The unit is lovely! The mattresses on both beds were fantastic and we slept like babies. On our last full day, our car broke down. Lacey was wonderful in letting me have a late checkout till the taxi could get us to Kodak, to pick up my repaired car. I can't tell you how this eased my anxiety so I could be brave for my grandsons. Lacey was checking in to see if we needed anything and this was great too! Communication was excellent along with this beautifully decorated condo! We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Very clean unit with ample seating and comfortable beds. The only problem was with the elevator deciding not to work during a severe storm and 2 of our party being in their seventy's [with health issues] not being able to climb the steps to get back up to the unit. Thankfully was able to contact the owner and she had someone there to fix the elevator in a timely manner and all problems resolved quickly.

Even the corners were clean! It looked clean, felt clean and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and just an overall great experience. Highly recommend

GREAT PLACE AND PERFECT LOCATION

Condo was perfect for our Dollywood getaway. With the kitchen, we were able to eat in many meals, so that was a budget saver.

Close to Dollywood

Great location and a nice view of the river! Close to Dollywood and only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. Property was very clean and was a great place for the family. We especially enjoyed the arcade game and would stay here again.
