LOCATION! Cute & Quiet Venice Villa 2 min walk to direct access to Golden Beach

Venice Villas is a condominium complex with several ground level one bedroom units. This condo is an end unit with lots of light with direct access to the beach within less than a two minute walk before your feet feel the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

The unit's door opens directly to a nice common garden and as soon as you turn right the beach will come to your view. (Please watch the 1 minute video - image #3 - to see the exact location.) The unit is ideally situated also with a 1 or 2 minute walk to our wonderful semi-Olympic size pool.

This unit has 1 over sized bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. There is a full closet as well. The kitchen has a range, an 18 inch (small size) dishwasher and fully equipped for extended stays.

Being built in the 1950's the bathroom is in the smaller side. While fully functional and with generous shelving for toiletries, if you need and wish a large shower and require plenty of space in the bathroom - please note this point.

It is approx. 75 minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport and accommodates ideally two or three people.

Free Wifi/internet access is available throughout the condo.

The location of the studio is midway between the fishing pier and downtown - both around 15 - 20 minute walks away. For those who are familiar with Venice - my favorite is strolling in downtown Venice or walking briskly on the beach 20 minutes to Sharky's (A beach side restaurant), watch the sunset with a margarita and walk back.

What do other's do? They search for historic shark teeth, sunbathe, swim or fish - right from the beach.

Venice is a short drive from Sarasota - another similarly affluent city with well developed arts scene, the Ringling Museum, Botanical Gardens and a variety of fine dining options... A quick online search can provide more details.

For those travelling overseas - Orlando (2 hrs), Naples (1 hr), Miami

(3 hr) are all great day trip options... St. Petersburg and Tampa can be reached within less than 90 minutes. For shoppers, in addition to local Venice boutiques, Ellenton Factory Outlet is also a short drive away (approx. 20 min.)

This is ultimately a "beach" place for those seeking serenity and enjoy Florida activities from fishing to fine dining...
